Sandy Ridge, Davenport, Orlando.

Sandy Ridge, Davenport ist eine Feriengemeinde inmitten üppiger Naturschutzgebiete. Die beliebten Themenparks und Attraktionen von Zentralflorida sind leicht zu erreichen (Disneys Haupttore sind ...)
nur ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt). Diese schön angelegte Gemeinde hat auch einen eigenen Kinderspielplatz für die "Kleinen", die nach einem Tag in den Themenparks noch viel Energie haben.

Die Nähe zu großartigen Routen wie der Interstate 4 und dem Highway 192 erleichtert die Planung aller wichtigen Tagesausflüge zu Parks, Stränden oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erheblich. Die wunderschöne Küste Floridas ist ebenfalls leicht zu erreichen und hat viele großartige Strände zu bieten, vom ruhigen weißen Sandstrand von St. Pete's bis zum rasanten Clearwater. Einer der nächstgelegenen Strände (Cocoa Beach) ist nur etwas mehr als eine Autostunde entfernt sind auf jeden fall einen besuch wert.

Obwohl Golfer die Qual der Wahl haben, wenn es um Golfplätze geht, ist Sandy Ridge nur wenige Autominuten vom beliebten Champions Gate Golfing Resort entfernt, das einige großartige Meisterschaftsplätze für alle Handicaps bietet. Ein Supermarkt und verschiedene andere Geschäfte, die 2008 eröffnet wurden, befinden sich nur wenige Autominuten von unserem Ferienhaus entfernt. Weitere Geschäfte und einige gute Restaurants finden Sie etwas weiter oben am Champions Gate Tor). Das brandneue Einkaufszentrum Posner Park in unmittelbarer Nähe der US-27 hat gerade seine Türen für einige der neuen Läden geöffnet, die ab Mitte 2008 und im gesamten Jahr 2009 geöffnet haben. Der Highway 192 bietet eine Fülle von Geschenkartikeln, Lebensmittelgeschäften und Hubschraubern Fahrten, eine Vielzahl von lustigen Familienaktivitäten, es gibt einfach so viel Spaß für alle.

Would recommend

We enjoyed our stay! It was so great going straight out of the living room into the heated pool and hot tub each morning and evening. The listing was exactly as described. Any messages to the owner were handled promptly. The beds were comfortable. The living room was cozy and great for our family of 4. The game room was a bonus as well. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and the SunRail train. .

Christmas 2024 was a blast

We had a wonderful week. Traveled as a family with mature (18) children. Everyone had their own space, plenty of room and all the comforts they needed. Home is well supplied and suited our needs. There is lots nearby for shopping, eating and entertainment. You do need a vehicle to get to those places but it's worth the drive. With a farm in the backyard, we enjoyed the privacy it gave us in the pool area. Plus it was fun to watch the animals as they grazed. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had prior to check in. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Property was clean, well furnished, and in a great location. We did not have any issues. Host checked on us shortly after we arrived and answered questions quickly. We had a quiet peaceful vacation and hope to stay here again when in the area.

Perfect vacation home, we were at the parks every day, it was more than enough for our family of 4. My only complaint is many of the electrical outlets did not work and the towels were very worn and should be replaced. We Would stay here again!

Property is clean spacious and within 20 mins of Disney.

We had the time of our lives at this villa,we are a family of 5 with 3 children age 3-10 years,they absolutely loved the house and cried when we were leaving,they couldnt get enough of the pool and loved having cable in their own rooms,I highly recommend this property and will be booking again when we return to florida.

It was great the house was clean and very nice. The shower pressure was great, the spa was amazing. The cows are nice outside as well and the beds are cozy. It wasn’t too far from Orlando but far enough for it to be quiet. Great price and the home owners are great and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great home in a great location!

For the first time ever, I found the property even nicer than the photos showed! This home was quite large and we enjoyed being able to spread out. However, when we wanted to enjoy a meal together, there was a large dining table; and the living room hosts a large comfy sectional. We stayed here to enjoy the Disney parks, and each one was around 20 minutes or less away. We’ll be very happy to rebook this property in the near future!

Great home very clean and pretty everything at work and condition. Beautiful farm behind it. No smells from the animals. Everything is just absolutely wonderful. Great rental

Beautiful rental house. Very quiet and plenty of space. Close to local attractions but far enough away to have some downtime. Recreation area in the garage was really neat. It was very hot while we were there but the hot tub seemed cool. Since the ice machine wasn’t working a few ice cube trays would be helpful. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. We would return!!

Good property

Overall a great property everything just as listed. The only issue not a big problem more of a keep in mind..As some stated the ice maker on the refrigerator does not work the owner should consider purchasing a counter top portable ice machine very inexpensive fix. Also one person in our group was disabled and could not use the pool as no hand rails..overall very nice location and great home would stay again

Excellent property, great location

Booked at short notice, paid for pool heating. Pool was warm when we arrived (as requested) and everything was as it should be. Comfortable beds, great lounge, good kitchen, specious villa, very quiet all the time, especially peaceful at night. Overlooks a farm, never any noise. Convenient location - 10/15 mins from supermarkets, shops, Longhorn steakhouse (must visit), Championsgate (restaurant Zen, must visit), Olive garden etc. 25 mins to Kissimmee, 35 mins to Disney Springs - all taking account of traffic queues. Would definitely stay again.

Second year was even better!

OMG! This year was even better, we did not want to leave that house, the location is perfect, so close to kissimmee and at the same time, so quiet like out in the country...The house and the property are very clean and well-maintained, Carl was easy to contact and responded to us asap. The best home away from home ever.

We visited this property for the first time in 2020 for 3 days and said it was the best vacation ever. We missed it so much that we returned 5 months later and had planned to stay for only 9 nights. But as the last days of our vacation began to approach so did the depression of leaving. We reached out to Carl and Leona in hopes of extending and with in no time we we had two more days in our on little private world. However that still wasn't enough and we will be returning again before the year is out.

Summer Vacation 2013

We stayed at the Keyvilla-The Disney Retreat for our family vacation. It was just perfect! ?Rooms are extremely clean, spacious and well equipped with 2 large en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen has all the amenities you would need. Coming back to the house after long days at the park we enjoyed the spacious pool – not to mention the spa. The Keyvilla-The Disney Retreat is a perfect destination for vacations (or a special trip, such as a family reunion, anniversary, birthday celebration)! Overall it’s a great place to stay. It’s a 20 to 30 minute ride to most parks and the complex has a great playground for the kids. Carl was wonderful to work with. We can’t wait to come back!

Absolute dream

We booked the property last minute (3 days before) after our plans changed. We are no strangers to Florida villas, and have stayed on Sandy Ridge before. Firstly, the owners could not have been more accommodating. They responded immediately to any questions, were incredibly flexible, and fantastic communicators. Then the villa, the photos do not do the place justice. It is far far nicer than the photos give it credit for. The villa is stunning, usual wear and tear you would expect, but incredibly well equipped and comfortable. We only stayed as a couple for a week, but would happily bring the family out for our usual summer holiday. Exceptional value for money and highly recommend!

A great stay and we're returning!

We still don't recall how we found Carl's rental home but this was a real surprise. The neighborhood is idea...sidewalks for walks, 15 minutes to Disney World, clean and quiet. The home is on a cul-de-sac, nice neighbors, and when we walked in to see the horses and livestock behind the pool (house is up against a farm)it was pretty neat. The home is adequately stocked and what you don't have is easily purchased at the nearby Publix. Target, Staples, etc...are about 10 minutes away. The pictures are pretty accurate and the presentation in the home when you arrive is very nice. Carl is quick to respond to emails..something that is important to me (I'm a travel agent part-time, not connected with Carl's property). We are returning after our first stay. I think that says something!

Great place exactly what we were looking for

This is a correction to my earlier review below. For some reason when I originally submitted my review it wouldn't let me rate my stay. This was our first time booking with VRBO and I was a little hesitant at first. The location of the house is very close to shopping and only a short drive to Disney. We were able to make it to the parks before they opened without any trouble at all. The house was extremely clean and had plenty of space for my family of 5. The game room was especially nice to have for my kids so they weren't too board for the short time we were in the house. Overall, this is a property I would recommend to anyone visiting the area and I would definitely stay again. Just want to add that we notified the owner of a piece of technology we accidentally left at the property. Although the house was rented out the next week, the property manager went out his way to find the tiny piece of equipment and promptly UPS'd it back to us saving us $$$ to not have to replace it. Top notch service.

We are a family of 4, we live in the United Kingdom. We first fell in love with Florida in 2007 when we visited for the first time with our young daughter. In 2008 we decided to purchase Keyvilla. We have been travelling to Florida most years ever since then and are very proud of our second home there. We want all guests to enjoy Keyvilla as much as we do and we will always do our best to help make guests experience at Keyvlla a great one.
