Great house for our family

Had a fun 4 night stay for a mini spring break getaway. The house was comfortable for the family to spread out and exactly as described. I especially appreciated the little amenities of provided coffee, shampoo, etc.

Girls weekend

Plenty of room for parking. House was very clean, beds were comfortable. Inside and outside spaces were great for gathering to chat and play games. Only negative (but not to detract from a 5 star rating) not enough wine glasses. But turned out several brought their own so all turned out great.

Fun in Granbury

This was a very comfortable house. It was clean and had plenty of space for the six of us. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms had plenty of counter space. Great rental!

Great time at the lake

We had a great weekend, it was our 40th anniversary trip and it was nice to be able to get the whole family together and have a funfilled lake experience, the kids enjoyed making smores in the fire pit and fishing for bass off the dock overall a great experience, thank you

This is a GREAT property!! Very relaxing and peaceful! We loved how it was just off the main body of water. We really enjoyed the hot tub and all of the amenities that this property has to offer!!

Excellent first experience at Lake Granbury

Excellent house to stay in! Our kids (as well as my husband and I) had the best time all week! They loved being able to fish and swim and we also loved being able to use the kayaks. It was pleasantly quiet everyday and at night. We were a bit nervous with the neighbors so close, but it was never an issue. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. If I had to be picky, maybe just some additional cooking staples in the kitchen i.e. cooking spray, but nothing to take away from a 5-star rating. We would book again!

Has it all

The house had everything we needed from cooking utensils/pots/pans, to outdoor games and plenty of seating. The backyard is peaceful, and it’s not a busy location, so you can fish or swim without issues. We appreciated having access to the boat lift. Would definitely book again!

Lake Getaway

Just as described on VRBO. It was so peaceful, quiet neighborhood with the canal steps from the backyard. Beautiful geese and cranes were out daily. We had everything our family of 2 adults and 3 teenage daughters needed. The hot tub was an added plus!! Our cell service was very sketchy inside the house but worked fine when we stepped outside, not sure of the reason. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend 👍 Matt was very easy to work with and checking in and out was seamless.

Lovely place

We really enjoyed the lovely patio! The kayaks were just the bright spot because we were unable to bring our boat. We really enjoyed the Canal Festival Saturday night. Our only real problem was there was trash in the compactor and trash in the kitchen and the floors really need a good sweep and mop. Otherwise everything was just great!

Spacious home on a quiet canal

Super clean and modestly decorated home on the water with an upper deck lake view. Plenty of room for the family to settle in for a good time. Lots of outdoor toys and the hot tub was a bonus. We didn’t use fire pit due to rain. Caught fish while sitting on the bank. The kitchen has the basics. The propane tanks were almost empty, but we managed through the meal. Toilet paper and paper towels were sparse. No cleaning supplies to tidy up after cooking. I should have texted Matt, but we were leaving that day. Overall a nice, budget friendly home with great amenities.

Perfect Relaxing Getaway

This property provided the perfect spot for us to gather with our kids and their families who live locally, for a relaxing Christmas time together! We enjoyed making and sharing meals and playing games (that we brought) in the spacious kitchen. The lake provided a portion of peace for me, and fun with fishing for the guys. My husband and I did enjoy the hot tub a couple of times as well. Nice quiet neighbor and convenient to town.
