## Logement
The spacious living area, combining original mouldings and traditional parquet flooring, includes a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) opening onto a comfortable living room with a sofa bed for 2 (150x190 cm) and a connected TV for relaxing moments.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a large dressing area and a connected video projector for movie nights.

The bathroom has a double sink and walk-in shower, with a heated towel rail. The WC is separate.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, a private laundry room with washing machine is available on the landing.

There is also a high-speed Wi-Fi fibre connection, and two desks with computer screens, one in the bedroom and one in the living room, for your business or leisure needs.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
