Villa Bassin au Cœur du Cap Ferret

Ideally located, Villa Bassin is positioned between the beaches of the Bassin and those of the Atlantic Ocean. In the heart of Cap Ferret, the entirely wooden Villa Marguerite will be the perfect retreat for your next family vacation, just 50 meters from the beach.

The freshly renovated villa offers a living space comprising a living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room, and toilets. Outside, you will find an outdoor shower with toilets as well as a sunny garden equipped with a barbecue.

Villa bassin is located in the heart of the village of Cap Ferret. Close to shops and the market square, this villa welcomes you all year round. Possibility to park the car inside the garden. Access to the Bassin is 20 meters away on foot.

The stay fees include the provision of household linen as well as cleaning for stays not exceeding one week. For any additional week, a fee of €230 will be added to the stay fees and will include the renewal of household linen and cleaning each week.

A deposit of €1500 is required, in the form of a check given on the day of arrival, or a bank transfer received no later than the day before the arrival of the travelers.
