Discover our modern and tastefully decorated 40m2 apartment, perfectly situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator. Located close to top attractions in Paris, such as Place de la Nation, this apartment is your perfect base for exploring the city.

The living area features a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, though it may not be the most comfortable for sleeping. It is designed to accommodate one person or two children, no more. A television is also available for your relaxation.

The dining area includes a table that can seat up to four guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all the essential utensils for preparing your meals.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, carefully made with hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel at home.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet.

The apartment is designed for 2 guests, with an exception for up to 3 people.

The bathroom facilities are suitable for a maximum of 3 people.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Explore the Saint-Germain-de-Charonne church, an architectural gem from the 12th century, and stroll through Belleville Park to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris. The Charonne neighbourhood offers a unique and picturesque experience away from traditional tourist paths.

The nearest metro station, rue des Boulets, is just a 5-minute walk.

The Charonne metro station is a 6-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 30-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
