Welcome to Solstice on 30a! This charming and brand newly remodeled beach home is situated on a large lot with gorgeous and mature tropical landscaping and privacy. Perfectly located right off 30A this home features incredible decks to take in the warm gulf breezes and relax. Coastal Luxury furniture give a calm and peaceful atmosphere and is the perfect home for either 1 or 2 families to come and relax in style or a golf or fishing excursion!

There is a large 360 wraparound deck that gives peek-a-boo views of the Gulf of Mexico. Solstice faces the beach and is just a short stroll to the Gulfview Heights Beach Access. Centrally located to the best dining, unique boutique shopping, bike paths and some of the most challenging golf courses the gulf coast has to offer. Easy access to 30a and Hwy 98, allowing you to explore the nearby cities of Sandestin, Miramar Beach, Destin or Panama City Beach. You will notice the distinctive home and advantageous location the minute you arrive!
