Thank you for your interest in our property. This is an unmatched location. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches: Petoskey State Park. Hop on the Little Traverse Wheel Way: Located on the Bike Path. In the fall, minutes away from the Tunnel of Trees, during the winter 5 minutes from Boyne Highlands and Nub's Nob. Doesn't matter the season, this home is perfectly located for enjoyment of all seasons. This home has room to sleep 6, with brand new carpet and flooring for 2021 as well as new beds, and paint....Be one of the first to book your reservation.

Excellent Location!

My wife, two small children and I had a fantastic time staying here. We will definitely be looking to book here again. The location was perfect, close to groceries, brewery, and 9 minutes from the Highlands and Nubs. The property was clean and the hosts were great.

Great condo in Petoskey!

Great comfortable condo near downtown Petoskey, next to Petoskey State Park and short drive north to Harbor Springs. Will stay again!

Wonderful condo In a great location

We brought my 84 year old father in law to Petoskey for the color tour and stayed here due to its location, the condo was perfect for our needs and allowed my father in law to have a room and shower to himself while we were there. The condo is well cared for and in excellent condition. A great place to stay

Perfect Getaway

Super location in Petoskey, right outside of the state park. We enjoyed the beach, local shops and ice cream. Took a short drive to Mackinaw City and a trip to the island. Property was very, very clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would definitely recommend staying here!

Up North Getaway

Petoskey is one of our favorite places and we love how close the condo is to everything. The state park with its beautiful beach is incredibly close and a great way to spend the afternoon. Condo was clean and had everything we needed during our stay.

Couldn't be happier!

I was very pleased with my rental of this townhouse. The property was in a very accessible location. It was clean, and everything worked. The property manager was SUPER in communicating, as he answered all of my questions in advance of the rental date and was very cooperative when I needed to check in in the middle of the night. Five stars all around.

Great location

Great location between ski hills, Petosky and Harbor Springs. Comfortable, clean and very nice inside. We needed a two bedroom two bath since we are a family of four that ski multiple days in a row. Having the third bath was a huge help. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed while we were there. Host was very friendly and crazy fast to respond to questions. Loved that there was not an elaborate check out list. We will rent again next season for sure.

Ski trip in Petoskey

We booked this property because we wanted to ski at Nubs Nob and it was only 5 miles away. It was a nice quiet location. The home was very clean and well stocked with paper products, dishes, cookware and utensils. The large family room was perfect for family game night. We had everything we needed. The dryer was very helpful when we needed to dry our soaked ski clothing so we could go back out later on. I would stay here again.

Great Location

We made a short trip to the area and it was in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do. It had everything we needed and was tucked in a wooded area so we could enjoy the fall colors. The host was wonderful. It made for a great trip!
