This place is beautiful!!! The views are outstanding, the house is up to date and the property management company is extremely attentive. Fabulous amenities and very close to "The Pointe." If you and your family are looking for a lake getaway, this is your place!!! LOVED it!!

Great Family Weekend at the Lake

We gathered with our family (2 sons & wives + 1 grandson) for our 50th wedding anniversary at Lake Tranquility in early spring 2023. Perfect for a weekend celebration. Everyone had their own space on 3 levels with large gathering areas indoors and out. Great lakefront and mountain view. Access to the indoor pool and fitness center was a big plus. Lots of amenities. We like to prepare our own meals and the kitchen was well equipped and clean. Enjoyed a dinner at the Landing restaurant right on the resort when we arrived. Very memorable!

Beautiful spot!

Rented this property for my husbands 37th birthday “getaway” and it perfectly accommodated us and 2 other couples. The house was beautifully maintained, had a great view of the lake, easy access to the water and super friendly neighbors! Would absolutely recommend.

Great house...Great design and furnishings

We loved the house, its a nice arrangement with 3 floors and beds/bath on each floor. Nice to have multiple TV's. Internet access /speed worked very well. Our only negative was the walking distance to where we could dock our boat. Not too far but not at the house. Owner should allocate/reserve one of the covered slips behind the house for guest use.

Family Vacation

This was a perfect location for our family of 8 adults. The Mariners Landing community is beautiful. The lake is easy to access and property amenities are wonderful. This rental property had everything we needed for a great weekend. Everything is clean and is well taken care of. I would definitely return to this property.

Family Friendly Home

Wonderful accommodations at a gorgeous home! Large sized rooms beautifully decorated. Wrap around furnished porches on 3 levels. Docks, kayaks, paddle boards, golf, tennis, paddle board, and lake swimming available to enjoy. Indoor bumper pool, foosball and an array of games to enjoy. Well stocked kitchens and 2 refrigerators. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this resort like setting. We will rent again!

Awesome house!

The whole house was spacious and awesome. Very up to date, clean, generously supplied with towels, paper products, etc! We didn’t have tin foil and they even delivered it to us! Steps away from the lake. Would highly recommend.

First lake vacation

Beautiful SML home

Beautiful home that was extremely clean and seemed very recently renovated. Great place to relax with family and was even toddler friendly/safe...with very little "breakable" decor. I would recommend plasticware as all plates and dishes provided were glass. But other than that, lovely vacation spot!

Smith Mountain Lake Vacation

This was a an incredibly clean, updated, large townhouse on Smith Mountain Lake. The home fit our family of five great with room for all to spread out. The views from the townhouse of Smith Mountain lake were beautiful. Smooth and easy check in/check out process and the use of a digital key for the Mariner Landing amenities (indoor lap pool, fitness center and outdoor pools) worked so easily! For our first trip to SML it was a great one. Would recommend this townhouse and rental company. We look forward to renting with them again in the future!! Thank you.
