Overlooking the West Prong of Little Pigeon River, this 2 bedroom 2 bath home boasts SPACIOUS living quarters. The Master Bedroom has 2 king log beds and a full bath with a walk in shower. The queen bedroom off the hall has a queen size log bed. One full bathroom with tub/shower combo is off the hall. The back deck runs the full length of the rear side of the home. Watch beautiful sunsets, wildlife and kayakers paddle the river. The kitchen and living area are extremely spacious for relaxing and socializing. The back yard has a firepit for guests to enjoy! Location is just off Hwy 66 close to Soaky Mountain Water Park, Sevierville Golf Course, Sevierville Convention Center, Smoky Mountain Knife Works, restaurants & shopping. Dollywood & Pigeon Forge are a short drive!

Great Spot by the river and near everything.

Property was well kept, and would recommend and would stay again. Except for the single bedroom with the crinkly bed that made a noise everytime you moved it was fantastic.

Great place

Plenty of room for everyone, plenty of seating. Nice back deck overlooking the river. Very clean. Close to everything, yet you feel like you are not in the middle of the crowds. Easy access to everything. Highly recommend.

Great location for all things Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg

We were in town to visit vendors for our daughter's wedding. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us and was located in a perfect spot to access these locations. There's a nice long deck across the back of the house overlooking the Pigeon River.

Great place!

Very well maintained. Everything was spotless. Location is perfect and close to everything. Beautifully decorated and amazin view of river from the back porch. Would recommend to anyone and will most definitely be returning!

Family Christmas Vacation

The house overall was very nice, the location was great and pretty easy to get to everything. Communication with the host was very easy she always got back in a timely manner she was super nice. However, who ever is cleaning the house needs to work on that a bit better, the kitchen had a dirty fridge. There were cut up onion pieces left in the fridge and stuff spilled and not wiped out. Also there was baked and cooked on food on the top of the stove that I personally cleaned up before using the stove. Also watered down soap on the kitchen sink for you to wash your hands with. Just some minor things but I would stay here again! Thank you so much for allowing us into your home it was a beautiful place!Sandy

Just what we were looking for

Home was beautiful on the river for my teen grandson to fish in. Flat ground in the front to unload the car trailer. Enough sleeping space to accomodate our family. Easy access and out of the hussle and bussle. Close to the convention center. Only complaint is the single bedroom bed was so loud - crackled and crinks - sounded like we were sleeping on bubble wrap. Literally woke eachother up each time we rolled over. We did enjoy the property as a whole and had everything we needed available.

Go Vols!

We stayed here while visiting our son for UTK’s family weekend. It was perfect - far enough from the chaos of the university. Youngest son was able to fish which kept him happy. The house was clean and had enough space for us. Everything was in good working order. The property manager was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay. The commode in the hall bathroom constantly hung up. No problem but should be fixed so water doesn’t run constantly. I monitored it frequently.

Value for dollar. Quiet, yet convenient to nearly everything.

The home location is convenient enough to everything, yet is still quiet and relatively private. Despite being very close to the main road, you cannot hear traffic if you don't listen for it. The view of the river is a nice touch. The furniture is comfortable enough, but the mattresses were subjectively too soft for our liking. Personal preference, no big deal. At the fair listing price point, the negatives of the property are not worth mentioning, it is more than fairly priced. The only negative worth mentioning is that the shower water pressure is far from ideal. Overall, had a great stay and would certainly consider staying again. Highly recommended.

Amazing and exceeded our expectations

We just stayed a week here and have so many positives about this home/property. Many relaxing times on the huge back deck with plenty of seating options. We enjoyed watching and fishing the river too. Super private and quit neighborhood. The inside of the home was So spacious well decorated. The beds were cozy and the TV's were such a perk in each room. Loved making meals in the lovely kitchen equipped with all cooking utensils. After our journeys to local areas like pigeon forge and Gatlinburg, we were able to freshen up in the beautiful bathroom/showers. All the windows made for the sun to lighten up each area. The home really exceeded our expectations.

Charming and spacious gem by the river.

We booked this cottage home as a place to anchor and explore the area, and to share meals with local friends. The home has obviously been meticulously updated and maintained. The location was perfect for us and there are activities nearby, and EASY vehicle access to a main road, with an otherworldly beautiful view right out every window and door facing the river and rural vista. The beds were comfortable, and updated bathrooms were a welcome bonus. Games, puzzles, and local books came in handy. Lots of room for guests, or lots of room for each guest in our small traveling family. Activities close by included helicopter tours, hundreds of eateries, tourist locations about 15-20 minute drive south, and of course Dollywood south from here. The massive outdoors knife and hunting store was very close and you’ll need a few hours to browse it all. There were literally three GREAT BBQ places in walking distance, and authentic crafts stores as well. The fire-pit out back was a nice touch for the sunset and final goodbye conversations with a good friend. Simply charming and peaceful describes our visit. We would definitely revisit this host again.

Great family getaway

The greatest thing about this property is the space. We had room to spread out so we weren't on top of each other all week. Nice sitting areas and table space for meals, games, and a puzzle. We were there July 4th week and it was so hot that we didn't get out much. We enjoyed the river bank, watching my brother fish, sitting on the porch in the cooler early mornings, and we used the grill for July 4th. The kitchen is very well equipped and we cooked great meals inside as well. We didn't come to the area for the attractions. We came for a convenient location between our various homes. We were shocked by the amount of traffic coming in and out of Pigeon Forge on the parkway. A couple of pointers for other out of towners: we found there is a Kroger just on the other side of the Publix. The Kroger is 30-50% cheaper than the sticker shock of Publix. We picked out a restaurant and arrived to find it had just changed to Honduran cuisine. We took the chance and found it was fresh and delicious - we recommend El Campa Catracho. Away from the traffic and crowds, we found the Seymour Grille which is a short drive into Seymour TN. Great homecooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and great staff and manager. If your family needs a landing space after a day at the theme parks, or just a place to relax, we recommend this rental. Easy to book, easy check out too.
