This spacious, walk-through apartment is extremely bright during the day!

Located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes :

- and a living room with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day out.

You'll particularly appreciate the balcony and its view over the rooftops of Paris.

During your stay, you'll have access to: Wifi, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is located close to emblematic districts (Rue des Martyrs, Opéra, Madeleine, Les Halles, Montmartre) and all amenities (museums, theaters, operas, cinemas, parks, shopping, restaurants, transports, etc.). All within walking distance!

## Emplacement
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a very pleasant area to visit and live in. Everything is within walking distance (Les Halles, la Madeleine; l'Opéra; Odéon, Montmartre...) and very well served by metro and bus. A shopping and leisure district (the Cadet market and Rue des Martyrs are just a few minutes from the apartment), it may be a little less busy than Les Halles, but its population is more mature and diverse. With upscale yet affordable stores, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods are nevertheless distinct from one another.
The south of the arrondissement, vibrant and lively, and the territory of the Grands Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. Magnificent architecture, courtyards, passageways and hidden streets. The north, meanwhile, takes you to Montmartre via the famous Pigalle.
