Close location to downtown

The property was very clean and comfortable. We were able to just walk to downtown. It was easy to get to.

Nashville

Love being by the Cumberland River, we watched the tug boats at work pushing barges up and down the river, we enjoyed a couple of furry friends, a groundhog and a squirrel and lots of birds. So coming home from downtown to our retreat was very relaxing. We loved this property.

Quick getaway

Very nice place in a convenient location. The only drawback is there is some occaisional noise issues due to some local construction being done in the area. Still not a bad stay though. It wil be very nice once the construction is done in that area.

Property was exactly as described. Very clean and great location. We walked downtown and to German Town. Our truck didn’t move for 5 days, if weather is bad you can uber and it’s very reasonable. We will definitely be back.

Clean, comfortable, and super cute!

Loved this condo. Spacious, immaculate, and tastefully decorated. The bed was fabulous, loved the fireplace and all the throws. Cute little balcony overlooking the river. A reasonable walk or cheap Uber to Broadway. Liked being on the 3rd story for privacy and views; unit is right at the top of the stairwell so the 2 flights of stairs were no problem, even with a dog and months worth of luggage! Thanks, Rebecca for a great stay!

Weekend Get-A-Way

My husband and I stayed in Nashville for the weekend! This place was in the best location! Very easy to get downtown and it happened to be close to one of the concert venues we went to! It also was dog friendly so our girls were able to travel with us! We would definitely stay here again!

First trip to Nashville

We had an incredible first time visit to Nashville. We celebrated our friend’s 50th birthday, listened to incredible music and had lots of good drinks and food along the way. A great time was had by all. My wife and I enjoyed the great river views and watching the barges and trains go by. The condo was clean, well appointed and in a great spot. We will definitely come back to stay again.

Great location

Fun. Fun. Excellent place with the river barges active, the train rolling by and close to every place in town. Lyft ride was $5 to the honky Tonks. Nice place very comfy and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed every minute.

Cozy Condo

The condo was just perfect for the two of us and our beagle. We enjoyed walking the trail in the morning and relaxing on the patio Overlooking the river. We were able to walk to all the attractions downtown. We were very pleased with the easy parking and convenience location. The condo was comfortable and cozy. It was Perfect for Our Needs

The decor and amenities were fabulous. We have been both long-term and short-term landlords for well over 20 years so we know what we appreciate in a property. This condo had everything. It was perfect for my wife and I. The smart TV with automatic erasure of our account information after leaving was wonderful. We were out on the town plenty, but also enjoyed some quiet time in the living area or on the small deck. There is currently quite a bit of construction in the area so we didn't walk to the downtown attractions as much as we expected to. Uber prices were also higher than expected, but after we arrived we learned that October is their busiest month - so we never felt that any of the charges were out of line. We were able to get anywhere we wanted to go in minutes and the longest we ever waited for a ride was about 7 minutes. Most were there within 3 or 4 minutes. The king bed was very comfortable and my wife is hoping to find out the brand so we can buy one for ourselves. We truly had a wonderful trip and hope we get to return to Nashville someday. We'll definitely try to stay here again if we can!

Finally made it to Nashville

Had a great time staying here on our trip to Nashville. Condo was clean and had nice attention to detail. We rented a car through Turo because we wanted to go on day trips to Franklin and Lynchburg but if you’re only staying in the city you don’t need a car. It’s walking distance to Broadway and Germantown.We did use Lyft a couple of times for $7 to get to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay.

Very clean and cozy

The condo was very clean! The view was great, we could even see a smidgen of the titans stadium. The water pressure in the shower was PHENOMENAL. We had everything we needed. We felt safe and there was plenty of parking.

Great Chpice

Great base for a Nashville visit. Walk to Broadway and back about 1 mile. But easy car drive down 1st street if preferred. Very clean. Very comfortable. Felt very safe. Nice view of the river. A number of nice details - coffe pods, pool, covered parking, etc. Highly recommend for a couple or couple with small child.

Beautiful River Views

This was our first time in Nashville and the location was perfect. We could easily walk or take an Uber wherever we needed to go. If we were younger or braver we could easily have accessed the scooters that are located all over. The condo served was beautiful and Rebecca was very helpful with any questions and concerns we had. Being able to look out at the river everyday was amazing and worth the extra steps to not be right downtown in the midst of the craziness. We did have to move to a downtown hotel after a few days due to having to attend a work conference and we sure did miss the condo. I would recommend this place and stay here again. My husband's only complaint was he wished there was a TV in the bedroom, but he survived.

Nashville stay

This was a perfect place to stay while seeing all the sites in Nashville. We had a great view of the river to watch the tugboats and barges. The condo atmosphere was very nice with Music City as its theme.The covered parking was a plus as ut was raining when we were packing the car to leave. Would definitely stay again!

Wedding stay

Had to find a place close to downtown for a wedding all hotels were way over priced once all fees were done look at VRBO and found this place it was great! The views location, price were just perfect.

Downtown Nashville is truly a one-of-a-kind experience. With the famous “honky tonks” on Broadway and 2nd Avenue, which feature live music every day of the week, and the constant events going on at Bridgestone, LP Field, the Ryman, and Riverfront, Nashville has earned the nickname “Nashvegas”. If you are in Downtown Nashville, you can definitely walk everywhere in the vicinity of “downtown” and to a few of other areas.

One great thing is that you can jump in a taxi or Lyft/Uber for a cheap fare and get to any areas or attraction that you are interested in

Downtown Nashville has well over sixty bars and restaurants varying from local hotspots to national chains. Downtown Nashville has an Art District on Fifth Avenue, which expands annually.

Extra plus? Our neighborhood is next to the River, and between .5 to 4 miles from any other place of attraction.
