Now allowing 1 night stays Sun - Wed. The nightly rate is all you pay. We do not charge a cleaning fee. We have many guests return to our property several times a year. We are grateful for all our guests, and you will feel it when you stay with us.

What a great little getaway. This is a stand alone Cottage in a gated community on "cottage row". The unit has been updated to add modern amenities while maintaining the charm of its beginnings. The Cottage is cleaned and managed by me (the owner). I will text you with check in information the day before your arrival so you have my contact information. Should you need anything during your stay, you can always reach out to me! I'm glad to offer help in any way I can.

Perfect for our Anniversary

This cottage was just what we needed. From the beautiful lake views, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, thoughtful hostess, and a welcomed visit from the bluebird, we had a wonderful and peaceful stay.

Cute place

Well’ the place was nice and clean. The only small issue was we were traveling with another couple and the placement of the bedrooms is awkward? Both bedrooms are downstairs so one couple stayed in king room and my wife slept on bed right next to that room? I slept upstairs on couch. Great set up for family with kids but not the greatest layout for two couples. Still made the best of it and it was a nice place for one night. Owner was super nice and helpful.

Perfect!

We decided to stay here for a quick get away because of the excellent reviews. We only live about 30 minutes from hot springs but will be using this place more often for short get aways. It is as described. Clean, cozy, easy access to everything in Hot Springs. The owner goes above and beyond with excellent communication. Highly recommended!

The cottage was perfect for an adult get away weekend. Right on the lake with great views. The host was the best host I've had staying at a VRBO. She made it a great stay, we will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Excellent

Everything about our stay was exceptional. It provided comfort and relaxation, as well as spectacular views of Lake Hamilton from both levels. The cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating, the grounds were well kept, our time spent there was very relaxing. We weren't there for the tourist spots; however, the location is well situated for families to enjoy the sights. We definitely plan to return.

Book it!!

STOP searching and book this cozy peaceful cottage with a beautiful view! You will not be disappointed. The host has gone out of their way to make sure that you have everything that you need. We were recently here for Thanksgiving. The host even gave us plenty of options of where we could dine out Thanksgiving. Great location. I would absolutely come back here to stay!

Sweet, Cozy Cottage on the Lake

My husband and I loved staying here. The host, Krissy, is so hospitable and kind. The cottage was clean, cozy and decorated for Christmas. Loved it! Restaurants and shopping are only about 5 miles away. We went in November so the trees and foliage were changing, which is my favorite time of year. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️

The perfect cottage!

This is the perfect cottage to stay in if traveling to Hot Springs! Krissy was so sweet in contacting us before we arrived, during the time we were there, and the day we were to check-out! She was simply asking if all was good and if we needed anything to reach out to her! The cottage was so clean, bed was comfortable, the deco went with the season which made it special, snacks were a plus and the picture window was a BONUS with the view of the lake! The location of the cottage is close to stores and restaurants and funny thing, you could not hear the traffic if standing outside on the patio! It's so peaceful and quiet! You won't go wrong selecting this for your stay!

First of all, this is a quaint cottage right on the lake. The property has large windows so you can always see the water. There is also a cute deck that we spent quite a bit of our down time there. The area is quiet. The hostess was the nicest and most attentive I have ever worked with. She provides water and snacks and ayrecomnedations form our stay.elswmocest

Wonderful weeklong visit

My two little ones and I spent a week at this property. It was our first time in Hot Springs. We enjoyed this small, cozy, two level cottage on Lake Hamilton. Bottom level = washroom, sleeping area with a main bedroom and another more open room (both have large and extremely comfortable beds) and a full bathroom. Top level = nice kitchen, living area, full bathroom, outside side deck. The steps going to lower level are steep so could be difficult for someone with mobility issues. The windows and views of the lake are gorgeous. The hostess, Krissy, is so helpful and immediately responsive to questions. Kitchen is modern and well-stocked and Krissy also has lots of snacks for guests too. She made excellent use of all the cottage space, in terms of warm decor, tons of great lamps and lighting, and other helpful features. There is a small bar counter with two chairs. Since we cook a good portion of our meals while on vacation, we would have preferred a dining table. Other than that, the kids and I swam in the pretty lake every day for hours at a time, and went into the historic part of town several times which is only about 15-20 min away. There is a nice ample sized pool on the property close by but we preferred swimming in the beauty of the lake. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this lovely getaway.

This cottage by the lake is perfect! Nicely decorated with beautiful views! The host, Krissy was extremely nice and checked on us often to see if we needed anything and to make sure our stay was comfortable. Quaint Cottage with Modern Retro Feel

Comfortable and cozy with a beautiful view from the deck, the living room and the master bedroom. So many windows let in so much light! This older cottage felt like it has been around for generations of "summering" on Lake Hamilton! It has been thoughtfully and charmingly updated and decorated, and it has every modern amenity we could have needed. The master bed was very comfortable. This sweet, well appointed cottage had all the homey touches needed for a great stay, including drinks and snacks! We had great communication with the owner before and during our stay. Loved our stay and we plan to come back and stay again.
