This charming, functional studio can accommodate 2 people and is located between Lyon's 3rd arrondissement, in the Ferrandière Maison Neuve district. Situated on the 1st floor (no elevator).

It includes the following amenities:

Wifi
A kitchenette with a microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, 2-burner stove, small refrigerator, and toaster. It also features a table with two chairs.
A sleeping area (separated by a curtain from the kitchenette) with a double bed (140x190 cm), nightstands, and bedside lamps.
The TV does not work.
Windows with shutters and blinds.
An attached bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet; hairdryer.
Washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.
Free street parking and parking available in the perpendicular streets.
Information: The bedding was changed on December 17.

Linen:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of people indicated in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (please bring extra towels if needed).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bathroom mat.

## Neighborhood

The Part-Dieu area is now a district not only for work but also a place where it's great to live, relax, eat out, and be creative. A lively area due to its dense transport network, Part-Dieu is also a destination for shopping, sports, and cultural activities.

Shops
The area offers a wide range of options. The Part-Dieu shopping center and Les Halles Paul Bocuse provide concentrated and practical shopping, while the various smaller local areas offer more variety. In total, the area hosts more than 800 shops, 30% of which are cafés and restaurants. The shopping center alone has 240 shops and restaurants, attracting 35 million visitors annually.

Sports and Cultural Facilities
For entertainment, enjoy a stroll along the Nelson Mandela esplanade, a concert at the auditorium, a movie in one of the 14 cinemas, a night at the Bourse du Travail, or for sports enthusiasts, the Halle Vivier Merle and Garibaldi swimming pool. For quieter moments, visit the municipal library or the departmental and metropolitan archives consultation room.

From Gare Perrache to the apartment:

Take metro line A towards Vaulx-en-Velin La Soie, get off at Bellecour. Then transfer to metro line D towards Gare de Vénissieux and get off at Saxe Gambetta. Finally, take bus C11 towards Laurent Bonnevay and get off at Maisons Neuves. The apartment is a 3-minute walk away.
From Saint-Exupéry Airport to the apartment:

Take the Rhône Express towards Gare de Part-Dieu and get off at Meyzieu Z.I. Then take tram T3 towards Gare Part-Dieu Villette and get off at Reconnaissance-Balzac. The apartment is a 7-minute walk away.
