Looking for a family vacation spot? Imagine spending your day frolicking in the waves as dolphins swim by. Imagine taking a short stroll back to your home to cook up some steaks for dinner and then falling asleep with sun-kissed skin only to wake up and do it all again tomorrow.

Less than 200 yards from the neighborhood's private beach, The Sandpiper is the perfect spot to spend your vacation. A large deck and second living room under the house doubles your living space and a well-equipped kitchen make feeding the gang a breeze.

We are a single-story, three-bedroom, two-bath, dog-friendly beach cottage that comfortably sleeps 8. This gives people their own space but the living and dining room are perfect for family time.

We're super close to the beach and provide a wagon to help transport all your gear. We also have 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, 8 life jackets, a cooler, and beach towels for guests to use.

Clean and spacious

VERY clean property, had enough seating for the bed space advertised (most do not) and water pressure was extremely high (not normal based on our experience). We had great communication from the owner and would book again!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at The Sandpiper! The location was wonderful. It was a very quiet street and the beach access was a short walk to the end of the road. Very family friendly! The house was cute and very well stocked. There were so many little details that made our stay comfortable. There are some places in the floor that really need to be replaced and the window treatment in the bunk room needs to be replaced so the morning sun isn’t so bad. Even still, we very much enjoyed our stay and our host was very responsive and communicated quickly!

Christmas time is here!

We decided to take a last minute Christmas time vacation. The trip was great. The House is well decorated and outfitted. It is very close to the beach and 1 minute drive to Tacky Jacks. Wonderful time and wonderful spot.

Best little house on the beach

This house had everything you could think of! They had beach things for us to use, a cold bottle of water for us and the best location! They took care of us right!!

Exceeded All Expectations

Just as the title says, all of our expectations were exceeded. The house was super clean and well furnished. Everything you could need for staying a weekend, a week or an extended stay. The beautiful big windows were perfect for allowing you to stay in when weather is not so great while still enjoying the outside scenery. The curtains allow for closing off the outside for a great nights sleep after a long day at the beach. Nola Rey (our little dog) also made herself right at home on the comfy dog bed that was provided along with a blanket food/water bowls and dog treats in the canister. Wow!!! If you are wondering, there was NO smell of dog in this home, which is sometimes the case with pet friendly vacation homes. Again, everything was super clean. Kitchen is very well stocked for all your cooking needs. Beach is just at the end of the private street. You can sit on the large back deck and hear the waves crashing. Hosts were very pleasant quick to respond which questions. Couldn’t have been better. Will most definitely reserve this unit again in the future.

Wonderful beach vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our first time staying in Fort Morgan and we will definitely be back. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was perfect for our family or 5 and 2 dogs! Our day to day lives are full of busy schedules, so we prefer to vacation somewhere a little secluded and off the beaten path. This house was exactly what we look for! It’s a little outside of town and away from the crowds and busy streets. It’s just a few steps to beautiful white sand and the gorgeous beach! We absolutely loved the close proximity to the beach! We had plenty of room on the beach to stretch out and let our three children and two dogs play. This area of the beach isn’t crowded at all. The weather was perfect during our stay and we couldn’t get over how beautiful and clear the water was! Our children found a ton of beautiful shells and enjoyed watching dolphins jump, crabs crawling, and the many fish swimming in the beautiful water. We thoroughly enjoyed our Fall Break in Fort Morgan!
