Hello Family and Friends! The lovely red cliffs and rolling Sand Dunes that surround Sand Hollow Reservoir make this a dessert oasis. Bring the ATVs and come off-road for hours, then grab the boat and in minutes, be surfing on the blue waters of the lake! You will enjoy hiking, Zion's National Park, and many other fun adventures Southern Utah and Saint George have to offer. Don't forget your golf clubs, and be ready for a relaxing getaway!

This modern 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom home can sleep 11 people comfortably, for your Southern Utah adventure! The master bedroom downstairs features a King bed, as well as a TV provided for your use! The master ensuite bathroom hosts a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a spacious walk-in closet. The additional downstairs bedroom has 2 Queen beds with a mini-fridge, sink, and shared bathroom, a Queen suite hosts another smart TV as well is close to the exit. In the loft, upstairs there is another smart TV and as well as access to a balcony overlooking the beautiful backyard. Next to the loft is the last bedroom with 1 full and 1 twin with a Smart Tv. With a spacious kitchen, large Backyard, Hulu live, and more, this vacation home is sure to be a new favorite destination for years to come!

I was stung by a scorpion while chilling by the pool. Through out the weekend we noticed more in the common areas outside. We understand being in the desert but wanted to make you aware of it. Having small children run around knowing there were scorpions in the area did make it difficult. On the plus side the inside the house was great! Plenty of space for my family, clean towels, everything we needed for a quick getaway!

House was excellent, very clean and spacious. Most of the beds were super comfy but two are older and hard so we didn't enjoy those ones. Pool is fun but it's definitely warm being heated in the summer. Provides a few pool towels. All kinds of kitchen supplies. Provides travel sized shampoo and conditioners. As a warning for anyone who doesn't know the area beware of scorpions. They hide in during the day and we saw a few in the rocks and under the hot tub cover.

Large house with plenty of room. Very clean with plenty of amenities. Management was very responsive if there were any questions. Great location to Zion and shopping. The pool was great!

Beautiful house/perfect location for Sand Hollow

We all really enjoyed the property! Lots of rooms and space. Loved the pool! Make sure if you're staying in summer months to leave the cover off. We didn't realize that and the pool was really hot. Once we kept the cover off it cooled to a nice refreshing temperature. The location is perfect for wheeling at Sand Hollow. We would definitely book this house again.

Beautiful home with plenty of room. Not quite as close to the beach as we thought. Definitely not walking distance unless we missed an entrance but still very fun! Only very minor complaint is we ran low on toilet paper but had just barely enough

Had a great time

Good things first. Was very well supplied, pleanty of room and lets of amenities to keep our family busy. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance and cookware needed. The layout of the rooms and living space gives great separation if you want to watch a show or take a nap away from the rest of the family. Here are the things that needs improvement. The heater on the pool doesn't work well so it was pretty cold the entire time. The hot tub needs a good cleaning has a funky smell and the water is green. We had to buy mouse traps and killed two mice while we there. Which meant my wife slept upstairs the rest of the week. All in all had a great time but these things just need to be addressed. Thanks

Good place to stay while enjoying Sand Hollow

This property worked very well for our group, plenty of seating and space in common areas and outside. The pool was a big hit after a long hot day of riding UTV's at Sand Hollow. The house was well stocked with all of the things we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were nice and clean, however the common areas could have been a little cleaner, the chairs and rugs in particular were fairly dirty. Overall would definitely stay here again.

Nice Stay in Hurricane

Had a great stay here. Having some shade in the backyard with the 100+ degree weather would have been nice. We spent most of our time in the parks so it wasn't a huge deal. The property management company was extremely responsive and helpful with any and all questions. Highly recommend Red Sands Vacation Properties. Definitely check their website for bookings in addition to VRBO.

Fantastic stay at the Red Sands Vacation property in Sand Hollow. Everything went very well and the house was excellent. Only one downside was the pool heater was waiting for a part. Excellent service and they are very attentive at making sure your stay goes well!

We loved this home, and it exceeded our expectations! I look for 2 main things in a rental, cleanliness and comfortable beds. I found both of those criteria met. (BTW… I was hesitant at first to book this home because the description did not fully list that there is a 3rd bathroom upstairs for that area, but there is!!!)

Nice house

Beautiful house we loved staying here. Hot tub was not working the first day but sent out pool guy asap to fix it. The only issue we had was all of our kids hair turned super green in the pool. Like joker green..i have never seen that before and ive done hair for 18 years haha. All around we loved the house and would for sure stay there again. :)

Spacious home!

My husband and I stayed here while competing in the Sand Hollow Triathlon. Home was very spacious, clean and well stocked! The kitchen has everything you could ever need to cook a gourmet meal! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our race. The bbq and out door fire pit were icing on the cake! We will be back!

Nice, clean home

The home was very nice and clean. It fit our family well. This was by far the best property management company I have worked with in regard to short term rentals. Any issues I had they were very responsive, even on Christmas day. The only (small) negative is the home is a bit of a drive from stores. shops and food. We would absolutely stay here again.
