Set on water's edge at Marina Vallarta, Náutico 8-a features a Master bedroom suite, along with 2 living rooms. Views from the 8th-floor wrap-around terrace are stunning at any time of day.

Náutico 8-a makes the most of its favored location, presenting luxury finishes and excellent design in its layout. The modern, fully appointed kitchen and dining area for 6 is next to the main seating area, with its large screen TV. A Separate living space has a large L-shaped sectional sofa. An exceedingly comfortable spot to share a sunset.

The full floor plan includes a laundry room and a separate guest bathroom with a glass shower stall. The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed and its own bathroom with vanity and glass shower stall.

A community seating area and rooftop pool turn the top of Nautico into a favorite spot for many. Marina Vallarta is a center for tourist activity, great restaurants, shopping, and easy access to tours of the area, along with all the rest that Vallarta has to offer.

House Rules

Nautico is a Family complex where inappropriate behavior is not allowed, and respect is promoted for a healthy coexistence.

At the time of check-in, the person responsible for the reservation must present an official identification, provide contact information, and provide the names and ages of the occupants listed on the reservation.

Maximum unit occupancy may never be exceeded.

All members of the family or group must follow the protocols established by the Nautico P.V. regulations which are provided to you upon arrival; the reservation holder must sign the regulations, with the understanding that all guests on the reservation are aware of said regulations.
The use of bracelet is mandatory at all times of your stay.

Pool: Tuesday is disabled for maintenance

Front desk is the issue

This place is very nice, great location. The issue is the manager who doesn’t have the time of day to answer questions and makes you feel like you’re bothering him when you ask questions. I was accused of not returning a second key when leaving so I would be charged 500 peso. Luckily I had a feeling the manager Carlos would do this so I took a picture of them in front of him on desk. I had to send picture to Casago to prove it was returned.

The facility was ok but no hot tub. The shower was extremely slippery and no anti slip mat - very dangerous

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

Great location with dozens of shops and restaurants nearby. Views from the expansive windows are incredible! The unit is well equipped although the dryer part of the combination washer/dryer did not perform well, but a drying rack was provided. There is a great gym and roof top pool. Unfortunately the roof top lounge and seating area was not open. The bedroom is extremely small. The queen bed (not king as advertised) takes up virtually the entire bedroom, with no room for end tables, or space to get out of bed on both sides. Bathrooms and showers are a bit on the smaller side, but it was nice having two. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation and we will be back.

I was an experience we wanted to live

Appartement on the small side. Since it wasn't too hot it was possible to keep door open which make the space feel bigger. It is nice to see the Marina.

Beautiful condo with stunning views and amazing location right on the marina. Open living dining room with sliding doors that fully open on the marina side.more gorgeous than in photos. Very responsive property manager who rapidly responded to any problems that needed to be addressed.

Great Views of the Marina

The Good: A new building, unit 8A is on the 8th floor of a 12 story glass faced building. The corner unit is very modern with wrap around glass affording a great view of the Marina area, sunsets as well as sunrises. Very nice queen bed, soft pillows comfortable couches (2) and well-equipped kitchen. The Not so Good: The bedroom is tiny, the queen bed is just a couple of inches from the wall and window, so no end tables, your glasses and such will have to go on the floor. Put in a small shelf over the head of the bed! The TV is in a very awkward place facing the dinning table rather than a couch. Swapping your dinning area with the love seat/wood table will solve this! Pool area is very nice but already showing signs of neglect....broken tiles, ripped cusions, ect. Still very nice up there!

Super location, great views of the PV Marina and surrounding area, Leticia the property manager met us upon arrival, provided information on local dining, she provided great followup to any of our questions, location was an easy walk to area restaurant's, bedroom is smaller than the photo showed, condo was well equipped otherwise.
