Friendly and cosy in the heart of Cannes

The entrance opens onto a long, bright corridor. On the right, you'll find our fully equipped and functional kitchen. We've thought of everything: utensils, cutlery, glassware, appliances... including the dishwasher, so you don't have to! As soon as you turn left, open the door to the shower room. Here you'll find the towel dryer, toilet and double-headed shower. Don't worry, we supply the shower kit! It's a tiled, functional and uncluttered space. Now back to the entrance hallway, first door on the left: the bedroom. Simply decorated, there's plenty of room for your suitcases and the wardrobe. Believe us, you'll appreciate our quality bedding! In the bedroom, you have a window with a curtain overlooking the living room - the choice is yours! Opaque curtains guarantee maximum privacy.
On the living side, we've installed a comfortable double sofa bed opposite the dining area and its flat-screen TV!

Access to the property can be done by car (private parking), or by train (only 10 minutes walk).
Parking is available at an additional cost and is optional if you desire.

Access to the property is facilitated by a lock-box (self check-in).

The Carnot district is essentially residential. There are shops and services, as well as the courthouse and Lycée Carnot.
Of particular interest are the caryatids of the 12 boulevard Carnot building, the Villa Sainte-Rose and the listed Maison Jean-Baptise Gazan. Square Carnot is home to the equestrian statue of the former mayor of Cannes, André Capron.
