Lovely stay at this charming beach house. Comfortable and spacious, well stocked kitchen, cozy family room, nice beds and baths and outdoor shower. Tom was very responsive and accommodating. 5 stars all around

Perfect Rental, Perfect Location
I stayed with my husband, three children, and medium sized dog in this house in the Heights, in August 2023. The house surpassed our expectations--the pictures don't do it justice. Clean, spacious, countless amenities, and prompt, helpful communications with Tom, the owner. The location can't be beat--views of the pond from the back of the house and a 5 minute walk tops to the beach. We have rented on the Cape every summer for the past decade and this is our favorite rental so far. We will definitely rent here again.

Family wedding retreat
When my daughter expressed the desire to have her dog be part of her wedding I set out to find a home that would accommodate pets while meeting other desires (central air, multiple bathrooms, close to Falmouth Heights). House was extremely clean, neighborhood was great! Enjoyed daily 12 min walks to Black Dog Cafe for morning coffee or to rent bikes. Perfect retreat in the days before & after the wedding!

Lovely Home and wonderful location
Stayed at the property during Cape Cod marathon weekend. The location was perfect, short drive to town center but walking distance to beach. The home was very clean, comfortable and well designed. There were many thoughtful touches including a dog bed and bowls! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect early fall getaway
This was our first time to the Cape, but are friends we met there know the area well. The location was great. We had our baby and we’re able to take nice easy stroller walks to the beach and restaurants. The house was perfect…charming but renovated cottage. The queen was easily big enough for a pack and play. The few questions we had Tom responded to right away. Overall a great experience!

Fabulous host, Great house
We had a lovely long weekend stay in Falmouth. Tom has the house fully functional for guests; everything we needed for a beach vacation was already there (beach chairs, beach umbrella, even a wagon to pull it all on easy walk to the beach). The bedrooms are spacious for a beach house. The living area for fun game nights. The large outdoor table and chairs allowed for peaceful afternoon drinks. Every morning we walked to the Black Dog Cafe for iced coffees and breakfast. The bike rentals and bike path to Woods Hole was easy and scenic. Pleasant next-door neighbors gave our black lab treats.

Beautiful home, steps from the beach
We really enjoyed this home for a long weekend on the Cape with family. This home is steps from the beach and included kayaks for the pond / lake behind the home. Tom was a great host with helpful recommendations for dining and entertainment. Would definitely recommend!

Great House, Great Location!
We booked a last minute Vaca and landed in Falmouth. House was great! Clean, cute & centrally located. The owner, Tom, was easy going, quick to respond with suggestions and trip was thoroughly enjoyable. Bonus that we brought the dogs! We walked the friendly neighborhood, viewed the swans at the pond, strolled to the beach and ate great food at Sopranas restaurant, had beach drinks at Shipwrecked and the drive into town was easy. Family bike trips were abundant. House had charm and everything we needed. Made lots of memories!

Cute house so close to the beach
We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Tom was very accommodating and easy to reach throughout the stay. The best part about this house is it is so close to the beach, maybe 5 minute walk down a side street. You can also walk to a few restaurants on the beach, maybe .5 miles away. We stayed with 2 kids (1yo, 3yo) and my inlaws and had a great time. Tom made sure there was a baby gate at the house to block off the stairs for our 1yo. There are also kids books, tons of beach toys, puddle jumpers, life jackets, beach chairs, wagon... basically everything you need for your beach trip. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and shampoo/body wash. The downstairs bedroom has a twin bed + trundle and a half bath. Upstairs there is the master + full bath, bedroom with 2 twins, bedroom with 1 twin and guest full bath. W/D is also upstairs.

Very nice house in prime Falmouth location
The house was perfect for our stay -four women celebrating my 40th birthday. It was a short walk to the beach, updated interior, and a great area for grilling and chilling. The host was very responsive and the listing was accurate. The place was better than the listing showed. High recommend it.

Wonderful area and cute home
The stay was very nice, it is an adorable home. The check in process was very easy and the owner was very helpful on restaurants to visit in the area. I probably would have looked for another home had I realized the amount of dog hair on the first level. Also, for the price, supplying more paper products and laundry soap would have been nice. I would have washed some of the towels.

Fantastic Stay
Our family had a wonderful time in Falmouth, in large part due to this home and the host, Tom. It was a wonderful location, so close to the beach. Just a cozy home and Tom made us feel so welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Would stay here again in a heartbeat..
Amazing time at an amazing property. Love how the designed the house and the location to the beach was fantastic. The neighbors were lovely and I can't imagine we wouldn't stay here again. This was our first time to Falmouth as we usually stay in lower cape, however, after this experience we would love to rethink our future cape cod vacations. The owner was an absolutely pleasure.

Great location close to beaches
The house is in a nice neighborhood on a small one way street. It is an easy walk to the ocean and town beach. The updated house is well equipped with plenty of bathrooms and an outdoor shower.
