Inside, this villa has a spacious living space with three beautiful bedrooms on the ground floor and a fourth upstairs, accompanied by a mezzanine equipped with a sofa bed. A bright, year-round veranda adds a sunny touch to the entryway.
The well-equipped kitchen will meet all your needs, with a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, gas hobs, a "Nespresso Magimix" coffee machine, a classic coffee maker, as well as a kettle and all the necessary cooking equipment. You will also have access to a laundry room with a washing machine.
On the ground floor, you will find three spacious bedrooms, including 1 double bed 160, a double bed 140, as well as two single beds 90. There is also a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as an office area with plenty of storage. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140 double bed and its mezzanine with a convertible sofa bed.
The living room area is equipped with a flat-screen TV and an internet connection for your entertainment. The bright dining room offers you a table for four people and direct access to the outside.
