All units include Free WIFI and building amenities include heated oceanfront pool, oceanfront hot tub, fitness room and recreation room with pool table and BBQ grills with picnic tables. There is secured entrance to the building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first serve. Sanibel is a one week minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
