Welcome to Angels Lodge, a custom built full log home located in Upper Moonridge. With a short drive to the Bear Mountain Ski Resort and the Alpine Zoo, but nestled in the pines and next to the National forest, you get the best of both convenience and serenity.
Arriving at the home you have an extensive driveway with ample parking space for your group. The custom pavers walkway leads you into the home. Once inside you will appreciate the abundance of pride of ownership. The entryway offers a cozy seating area, with a wood burning fireplace, traditional coat rack and a powder bath.
The kitchen offers high end stainless steel appliances, including a side by side fridge/freezer, wine fridge, gas range/oven with stovetop griddle and 2 restaurant style heat lamps to keep food warm while you are preparing your gourmet meals. Also provided is a blender, microwave and dishwasher. There is ample counter space for food prep and a Keurig coffee machine and standard coffee maker are provided. The dining room offers a large rustic table with seating for six,f ull log pub table that sits 4 people. and additional seating for four provided at the breakfast bar. Off the dining area is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer available for your use.
With family and entertainment in mind, the open concept living area offers a place for everyone to gather and not feel left out, with the kitchen and dining open to the family room. Play a game of pool on the pool table, or have a fire in the wood burning fireplace. There is a large 82" flatscreen TV with Roku, to stream your favorite show or movie and plenty of space for all to enjoy on the plush oversized furnishings.
Head out to the expansive deck, take advantage of the view and outdoor entertainment. With multiple seating areas including a large split log table and a seating area with an outdoor firepit. Grill your favorites on the natural gas barbecue, or soak in the eight person hot tub. The rear yard is also fully fenced with lots of trees for kids to run around and play.
Back inside, head to the master suite, just to the right of the family room area. The master suite offers a king size custom carved bed and a large flatscreen TV with Roku. The restroom offers a large jacuzzi bathtub, dual sinks and walk in shower. Head upstairs where you will find the other four bedrooms of the home.
Upstairs in the loft is a cozy seating area with a ceramic log gas fireplace and a sleeper sofa. There is a small table, perfect for a game of cards or staying entertained with the 70" flat screen TV with Roku. To the left is the first bedroom offering a king bed and a writing desk, perfect for anyone who needs to get work done while on vacation. Just down the hall from the first bedroom is a full bath with a walk in shower. and radiant floor heating The second bedroom offers two twin over twin bunk beds and ample closet space.
The third bedroom is an open concept game room with an air hockey table, Foosball table, large flatscreen TV, wet bar with mini fridge, a king bed and outdoor access. Back down the hall and to the right of the loft area is the fourth bedroom or also can be considered a second master. There is a king bed and a 3/4 bath with a walk-in shower and radiant floor heating. With an abundance of amenities, high end furnishings and wooded location, this home is the epitome of mountain getaway.
Home Accessibility: This home has a slight slope to the entrance of a rather flat driveway. There are four steps leading into the home. Once inside there are 14 steps from the entry level to the upper level. There is one powder bath to the left of the entrance and one full bath on the lower level in the Main Master Suite. There is one full bath in the upper level in the hall and a 3/4 bath in the upper level in the second master. There are no steps leading to the initial outdoor deck. There are no stairs leading to the fenced backyard if you enter through the side gate at the driveway but multiple steps to use the lower backyard if entering from the entry level patio.

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
Please dispose off your trash in the green dumpster located in Destination Big Bear's parking lot, near the east entrance. The address is: 713, Stocker Road, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315.
Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
