It is an old independent restored barn, located in the village on a closed plot of 960 m2, close to Collonges-la-Rouge.



Accommodation: The house is composed on the ground floor: a modern integrated kitchen, a large living room, a living room with fireplace, a bathroom, a toilet and a large garage; and on the first floor of 3 bedrooms (one with 2 beds in 90, and two with each 1 bed in 140), and a separate toilet. Outside, in front of the house you will find a large terrace and a park to relax and play with the children.
