The separate cottage has a sofa and table, perfect for games and cards.

Inside, you'll find the well-appointed kitchen, a dining room for eight, a downstairs family room with seating for everyone, a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Upstairs is a light, bright lounging area with two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. With a TV in each living area and a pull-out sofa in both spaces, the home offers flexibility and plenty of room for everyone to relax.

Lofty, cozy house with beautiful views !

The heat was a little tricky to figure out. The linens and blankets were wonderful. It was spacious and comfortable. Loved the deer outside every morning. Enjoyed amazing wine, the coast and Mt. Hood!

Fall wine tasting

Our stay at this property was pleasant. The upstairs deck, hot tub and fireplace was awesome. Bed was comfortable and kitchen was a nice size. Entry through keyless lock was convenient and for the most part the property was well kept. There are several out buildings that are old and dilapidated in the back of the house. Coffee bar power was out. Fireplace in main living room was off and I had to trouble shoot to repair it. Sinks in bathrooms did not drain, skimpy on laundry detergent and the place was a bit unclean and we saw some ants on the kitchen counter. All this said we had a pleasant time and enjoyed the solitude of the property.

This property is located a few miles from a very cute small town called Carlton. Location is great for a home base for exploring. The house has a lot of character. The area is very peaceful and a tranquil with beautiful views. Everything needed for a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in the Willamette Valley, and it seemed like the owner/property managers thought of everything! The house is very well-appointed and the hot tub in the evening is the perfect way to end a long day!

A perfect birthday retreat!

We gathered to celebrate my 60th birthday and found the home and location to be exactly what I'd dreamed of. The communication and interactions with management were flawless. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind up a day of wine tasting and continuing conversations with friends and family. Views of Mt. Hood and vineyards from the upper deck were stunning. This is a gorgeous place and I highly recommend it!

Lovely little getaway

My husband and I plus another couple stayed here for a little friends catch-up trip and this property was perfect for us. First of all, it was impeccably clean and was a great quiet reprieve from it all. The little coffee and tea bar was such an appreciated touch. But our favorite part was climbing into the hot tub each evening after a day of exploring and wine tasting and just soaking up the stars. The hosts were super proactive and available, but we didn't have a single issue! Thank you for such a lovely stay.

Ladies weekend

We had an amazing stay! We loved the welcome sign, chocolates and everything was so well supplied. We enjoyed the hot tub, fire place, eating dinner outside, and the deer that came to visit us at night or in the morning. It was beautiful. The hosts were awesome and helped us with suggestions for our trip too. This house is central to the coast, mountains, and wine country. Beds were super comfortable too.

Beautiful home in an idyllic setting. Only two bedrooms, but otherwise spacious. Outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Deer visit frequently. Well equipped, beautifully managed. We would stay here again!

Quaint and quiet luxury in the wine country

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, from the gorgeous 360 degree views and hot tub to the clean, comfy bedding and ample seating in every room. Less than a 10-minute drive to downtown Carlton (don’t miss out on the delicious eats at Park and Main and the Carlton Bakery), this property offers vineyard and Mountain views, even visiting deer in the early morning and evening! The hosts communicated throughout the trip to make sure we had what we needed and the check-in process was stress-free. We would definitely stay here again. ❤️

Lots of extras!!

We really loved the cozy feel, the beautiful grounds, and all the extra special touches that made it special! The cheese board and snacks were a welcome surprise as well as the fresh coffee and extra towels! The beds were clean and comfortable too so we slept very well during our stay! At first glance, Carlton wasn’t too exciting but we soon feel in love with with several great restaurants and the Carlton bakery is a must visit! The location was better than expected too and the sunrises every morning on the upper deck, sipping coffee and sitting by the fire were super fun!! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

Everything from checking in to the small thoughtful details were perfect. The space was so calming and having a hot tub while watching the sunrise over the vineyards and mountains was absolute relaxation. I was very sad to leave this place and I hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful Home with Amazing Views

We absolutely loved our stay at this home. The pictures were accurate, the space was very clean, there were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well equipped. The views from the house were spectacular. Communication with Lisa and Jen was great. They were very responsive and jumped on anything we needed. We also were able to enjoy a free wine tasting at Willakenzie that Lisa and Jen offered with our stay. The winery was beautiful and the wine tasting was great as well.

Great spot for wine tasting

A group of friends and I stayed here for a wine tasting weekend in Willamette and had a wonderful time! Beautiful property and views, and we enjoyed the hot tub at the end of the day. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property & excellent location!

We are two couples visiting Willamette for wine tasting, followed by the UW vs. Oregon State game. We found the house to be an excellent location getting to many wineries, restaurants in Carlton and neighboring towns. The house was clean, well appointed with updated kitchen (with all needed appliances), snacks, and bathrooms stocked with essentials. The outdoor space was very usable with covered seating, table and heaters. A family of deer visited us every day! We will stay again!

Great new place to stay in Carlton

We were thrilled to find this spacious & conveniently located new VRBO Property listing. The house is out in the beautiful countryside, just minutes from the downtown area of Carlton. We were attending a Club Member Event at the fabulous Cana's Feast Winery - so had a group of seven to accommodate: two couples & three singles. There are three comfortable beds upstairs - with very nice linens. Two of the beds are in private rooms, the third is on the large landing area, but tucked away for some privacy. There's a shared, well-stocked bathroom upstairs, too. On this upstairs level, there's a door leading to the deck, on which is a fabulous LARGE hot-tub. Oh, the views while soaking! Furnishings throughout are simply lovely - the obvious touch of a talented & creative decorator! There is a large, comfortable sofa bed in the living room on the main floor, which the owners had ready for us, but which we ended up not needing/using. It was better once folded up, so we could all sit around together in that area. There's a very spacious kitchen area & table, which are part of this "great room", as well as a large bathroom just to the side. This bathroom was used mainly by the three in our party who stayed in the "out buildings". This is a bit of a quirk, but they all thought it was rather fun! Just a few steps off the porch is a path that leads to a little cottage about 12 feet away - which has its own small deck. Across the yard are several small cabins, one of which was ready to use (the others are still in process). It had a comfortable bed. The pathway across the grass was lit with landscape lighting. The inbetween area has the most wonderful covered arbor/firepit area, well-stocked with wood and seating. We were SO glad the burn ban was lifted soon after we arrived. Loved sitting 'round the fire. There are several fruit-trees on the property, so we were welcome to enjoy some fresh apples. So did the cute family of deer, which visited often during our stay. The owners left us an amazing assortment of goodies in the refrigerator - all the things you need, but don't want to buy in large quantity for a brief stay. The locally ground & roasted coffee was delicious! All the appliances & utensils & serve-ware you could need are there. These hosts have really thought it through and provided an EXCELLENT place for guests. They have great plans for expanding. Can't wait to stay again! Coded access was easy. And the views...so beautiful! ENJOY!

Our professional spa contractor will be on-site each week to service the hot tub - typically on Monday or Tuesday. He must enter the property to access the hot tub.

There is an exterior camera covering the driveway and an external noise level monitor.

Please park as directed in the digital guidebook - there is parking for four cars with their front end parked towards the yard. Cars blocking or impeding the neighbor's driveway will be subject to towing.

Guest will have access to the entire home. There is also a rustic game barn and a cottage with a card table and board games. The home is equipped with a keyless entry.
