*Pool heat is available from October 1st to May 1st. It costs $32 per day (plus tax) to have the pool heated (three day minimum). Guests must request heat 72 hours in advance

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
We got to this house and immediately found dirt all over the floor… or so we thought. Didn’t think much of it, just thought it was a bit dirty. The next day we woke up and all the groceries we had bought the night before had been ransacked by mice!! There was mouse poop everywhere on the counters, our food was all bitten through and all over the floor, and then to make it all worse, we were picking everything up to leave because we didn’t want to stay in a mouse infected home and a mouse came out of nowhere!! Turns out the dirt we had seen the night prior was mouse poop smeared on the floor. I’ve never had this experience anywhere in years of staying at rental properties. When I called the property manager, Alex, he was very rude and didn’t even apologize for the mouse infestation (almost as if he knew about it but decided to rent the house anyway). DO NOT STAY HERE PLEASE! It completely ruined our vacation!

Needs a deep clean and some maintenance, but overall great place.
Overall the cleanliness was “okay”. There was sand in one of the beds. We found a few bugs inside while we were there. Something in the laundry room really stunk (vents need cleaned out). The pool guy showed up on our last day there even though the guideline said he would be there in a different day. He ended up having to shock the pool, so the kids weren’t able to swim before check-out which kind of sucked, but wasn’t the end of the world. We never figured out how to work some lights, one of the outdoor fans was missing a blade so couldn’t be used, and one of the sliding doors was really difficult to open, so everyone had to enter and exit the pool through the master. HOWEVER, the location was perfect. It was fantastic having a pool for the kids to play in after the grandparents were done at the beach for the day. It was great that we could take a multigenerational vacation all under 1 roof, but all still have space to get a break from each other. We didn’t need all the extras that were provided but it was so nice to have access to a high chair, infant tub, wheelchair, and beach toys and chairs. Overall, it was a great place, just needs a deep clean, and a bit of maintenance.

No water to house for first 4-5 hours. Water company had to fix. Temperature inside home was controlled by owner and they did not adjust to our request until next morning. Paid for pool to be heated and it was not to start with. Took it a whole day to heat up. Once problems were taken care of the rest of stay was nice.

Love the area, loved the pool. This is the second time we stayed at this house, but after one year the door lock code still didn’t work and the water from the refrigerator didn’t work. The grass was not mowed and we saw two adult and baby roaches. There was also something scratching and bumping inside the wall between the laundry room & master bath. Our granddaughter recorded all the screeching, I made myself believe it was a bird that had fallen between the wall; although it could have been a rat! I text Vacasa about the roaches and water dispenser and they would text back, “oh that must be frustrating” we will send someone , we’ll that someone never showed up. We will not stay at this home again.

Good but not what we’re used too
Loved the proximity to the beach and other activities we do while we visit. Didn’t like that we were unable to turn the ac under 72. We were warmer than we’re used to. My whole family all said the beds were not comfortable either. Too hard for our liking. That’s a personal preference so not a huge deal. We liked the enclosed pool so less bug issues. Overall we enjoyed it but we’ve been spoiled by another home renter in the area that couldn’t host us this time.

Great family home
We absolutely loved staying at this home! It felt like home, it was clean and the pool was a huge hit with our two kids (5 & 9). Having a washer & dryer and full kitchen that is fully stocked sealed the deal for a great vacation.

Netter Urlaub
Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich gestaltet, jedoch gibt es wenig Licht das funktioniert. Alles an nötigen Küchen Material war vor Ort, eine Waschmaschine + Trockner gab es auch. Mit dem Pool hatten wir einige Probleme, er war daher nicht jeden Tag nutzbar(er färbte sich grün und war trüb). Es wurde immer schnell ein poolboy geschickt. Sonst kann man das Haus empfehlen. Wir haben einen kinderhochstuhl dort gelassen, hoffentlich können das andere Familien nutzen.

Basic home.
I mean, this place is fine if you're looking for a house to lay your head down during your stay. I wasn't excited about how much we paid for what we got, especially since I couldn't even work due to the wifi being down the entire three days we were there. We also didn't love that all but one of the bedroom lights in the master bedroom was burnt out when we arrived late at night. You'll need to bring coffee and other essentials with you.

Good location
The location was great with the beaches and dining nearby. The house was adequate but there were a few maintenance issues we had to deal with. The modem was bad so we had three days with no internet and the kitchen faucet broke. However the caretaker had the items repaired as soon as he could and gave us a small credit for the loss of amenities. The pool was nice and the appliances were all new. Overall we enjoyed our stay after the repairs were made.

Adequate Stay
The house was adequate, but certainly not five star. Although, the staff communicated in a timely manner, even answering my text about the Internet after hours. The house is in need of some serious TLC: decor was minimal and dated, it was adequately cleaned (could use deep cleaning in corners, etc), lamp in the third bedroom doesn’t work, several outlets are wobbly or displaced from wall, neither sliding glass door locks properly without force, refrigerator water and ice dispenser doesn’t work (though it does make ice, you have to reach in), master shower (while great for the dual shower head) has large rust stains, pool light doesn’t work, back patio is in need of power washing and the drive way and front yard had three inches of standing water the whole time we were there. Finally, the Internet is so spotty we had to reset it five to six times a day. Truthfully, seems like it’s on a timer to shut down. Had to restart at least three times every morning and then the subsequent few times a day just to watch the news or use the iPad. Unfortunately, we will not be staying again and unlikely to stay at a Vacasa rental again.
