Amazing Property
We had a terrific stay at Zevi’s place. The property was absolutely incredible and plenty large enough for our holiday weekend with friends and family. The pool, hot tub, and outdoor areas are amazing. The house has plenty of beds, a great kitchen, gas grill as well as a Big Green Egg. The privacy is great while still being very centrally located near plenty of stores, restaurants, and all the area has to offer. Communication with the host was great, check in and out were a breeze, and this was hands down one of the most incredible vacation rentals I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

Property was great.
The house is lovely. Plenty of room - honestly more than we needed- for our party of 7 adults. It was well appointed and very comfortable. Loved our stay.

Christmas vacation stay
The location of the place was good, not too far from local stores. The place is nice and spacious to host big gatherings. Definitely recommend for family gatherings. The scenery during this time was beautiful. The pool was really nice as well along with the big trampoline. As for the host, he was quick and responsive with any questions and issues we had. During my stay, I encountered an issue that he was able to resolve right away and for that I’m grateful. Overall, our stay was wonderful. My family and I created fun and loving memories!

Excellent house for a large group!
We had the best time over Thanksgiving break with our large family of 15. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out! The outdoor space is the best I've seen at any rental. Highly recommend this spot and Zevi went out of his way to be accommodating!!!

Excellent weekend get-a-way
Everything was quite good and everyone enjoyed the property. The Host responded very quickly to all of my questions. The trampoline and swing set were an added bonus for the grandchildren Only suggestion is since I am not as tech savvy as many others, it might be helpful if the remotes had instructions.

Beautiful Home
This house is amazing, it’s in a perfect location for a family trip, it’s very private and it offers everything you need for your family and friends. The backyard is beautiful with a lovely pool. There’s a great size game for fun and entertainment. Overall this place had everything we we were looking for to accommodate my family.

This house is spectacular!
On rather short notice we booked this incredible house, and we could not have been more satisfied. Zevi, the host, was very responsive, helpful, and gracious. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood close to Gainesville, and sits far back on a huge 14 acre lot that is beautifully landscaped and manicured. The house is massive. Even with a large group, we had plenty of space, and plenty of comfortable beds. To top it all off, the house has this spectacular heated pool, hot tub, and grotto/waterfall area that truly made our weekend. 11/10 would recommend.

Exceeded our expectations
Wow! I cannot even begin to describe how beautiful this place is. The pictures don’t do it justice and the amount of space is amazing. We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space to spread out with lots to spare. Everyone loved the pool and trampoline (kids and adults alike) and we were able to enjoy the hot tub and unwind at end end of the day, which is such a nice feature. The kids loved having a space to all bunk together downstairs which was so perfect having two sets of bunk beds plus a queen bed. As the cook of the group, I was in love with the huge kitchen space as well. We enjoyed being able to walk down to the lake and it was so awesome seeing deer every morning just beyond the fence and in the front yard. The landscaping was so lush and gorgeous and the location of the home was great with many stores and shops close by. It’s so beautiful you can’t help but unplug and take in one of the many good books left throughout the house. Zevi was in communication with us several times checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and was available anytime I had a question. They are so thoughtful as well with the bath products and coffee pods and soaps and detergents and even extra toiletries . I’ve never stayed in a home where the owners were so generous and it was very appreciated. We made so many treasured memories and will never forget this gem of a house. I’d love to return again in the future and if you’re thinking about booking this place, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful house
We stayed a week at this property. Zevi had great communication and responded quickly to our questions. There was plenty of space in the house and the surrounding property. Our dogs loved the fenced-in backyard and wooded area beyond the fence. We saw several deer. This property does not have lake access and there is no easy path to find the lake, but we knew this going in, so no problem for us. The pool and hot tub were very nice. We used the gas fire pit and grill, as well. Our teens complained of no TVs in the bedrooms, so they were forced to join the family more often. Darn. Great place in a quiet neighborhood!

Better than we expected
Even better than I expected! This house is designed for gathering with family and friends with plenty of beds and great common spaces. And the stay was perfect for our group! Lot’s of space to spread out outside with the screened in porch, jacuzzi, and the pool. House had everything we needed and was super clean. The Location was very private with plenty of yard space for the kids to play. Contacting Zevi was so easy and we always got a quick response right away. Really great stay and we will love to book in the future!

Family Getaway
This home perfectly suited our family of eight teenagers and six adults. There was plenty of room to spread out and plenty of entertainment with the pool, hot tub, trampoline, swing, pool table and ping pong table. We also enjoyed the wildlife around the property. We saw deer, hawks and birds regularly. The well kept landscaping made for a very enjoyable outdoor experience. While the house was not on the lake, there was plenty to do and we did not miss the boating experience. The owner kept in touch with us to make sure we had all we needed. The teenagers enjoyed all of their meals in the screened in porch overlooking the beautiful pool and deck. Our six granddaughters shared the large bunk room and had a great time just visiting together, something they very seldom get to do. The master bedrooms were very comfortable with nice linens and were separated from the noise of teenagers. We did bring some of our favorite family games and the whole group enjoyed lots of time playing together in the large living room.
