## Space

IMPORTANT: From 12/23/2023 to 01/02/2024, the opening hours of the Keynest (the shop where you pick up the keys) will change --> Every day: 09:30 - 23:15.

The keys must be picked up from a shop located 29 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Bright studio, fully renovated, all equipment is new:

Kitchen: Equipped with a microwave, induction stove, washing machine, toaster, kettle, and storage cabinets. A high table with 2 stools.
Living Area: Sofa bed that converts to a double bed.
Additional Equipment: Washing machine, iron, ironing board, closet with hangers.
Bathroom: Shower, sink, and storage space.
LINENS AND BASIC PRODUCTS
You will find linens and basic products upon your arrival:

Linens:

The bed will be prepared according to the number of people specified in the reservation.
1 bath towel per person per stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
1 kitchen towel, 1 bath mat.
Basic Products:

3 toilet paper rolls.
1 shower gel.
1 dishwashing liquid & 1 sponge.
Coffee capsules & tea bags provided upon arrival.
A few cleaning products.
Attention: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels. No laundry detergent.

Les Puces du Canal: A charming flea market, quite a contrast to the overpriced hipster thrift shops on the slopes.
Le Transbordeur: The best concert hall in Lyon (in my opinion...), located in Villeurbanne!
A great network of libraries with numerous activities organized throughout the year.
L’Institut d’Art Contemporain: Exhibitions with a sharp focus on contemporary art!
The Festival des Invites: An annual festival that attracts more and more locals every year.
Easy access to all Lyon neighborhoods thanks to public transport.

## Neighborhood

The vibe: less conservative than Lyon, Villeurbanne mixes a cosmopolitan population with many students. These groups often meet at the two major markets (the "Gratte-Ciel" market on Tuesday, Thursday, and especially Saturday, and the fabulous market at Place Wilson on Wednesday, Friday, and especially Sunday). Here, you can find everything at unbeatable prices, all in a family-friendly, convivial atmosphere. You can have breakfast on the terrace at Bettant while others enjoy a glass of red wine at the refreshment stand.

Some good addresses and highlights of the neighborhood:

Les Puces du Canal: A lovely flea market that will provide a refreshing alternative to the overpriced thrift stores on the slopes.

Only one set of keys will be provided to the guests for the duration of the stay.
It is not possible to get additional sets.
