Cozy studio located on the first floor (with an elevator) of a secure building on rue Bonald, in a lively neighborhood with small shops, just a few minutes from the Rhône riverbanks. You can reach the Presqu'île and Place Bellecour in 15 minutes on foot.

The keys can be picked up from a shop (located 14 minutes on foot from the apartment).

The neighborhood is lively and pleasant, and you’ll be charmed by it!

Just steps away from the apartment, you'll find bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. At the end of the street, enjoy the Rhône riverbanks and simply cross the bridge to reach Place Bellecour and Rue Mercière, where you can savor all the Lyonnaise dishes, try praline brioche, and explore the city's various sights, including the Notre-Dame de Fourvière basilica, which offers breathtaking views from the heights.

Parc Blandan: The Green Heart of the Neighborhood Sports enthusiasts will love this spot, with the Rhône riverbanks on one side and Parc Blandan on the other. Located at the northern edge of the neighborhood, at the crossroads of the 3rd, 7th, and 8th arrondissements, Parc Blandan opened in September 2014 and spans 17 hectares. It was developed on the grounds of a 19th-century military fort called La Motte, which remains standing and is open to visitors.

A real alternative to Parc de la Tête d'Or, Parc Blandan offers vast playgrounds for children, as well as spaces for strolling, relaxing, and sports. Numerous sports fields are accessible for football, badminton, volleyball, and basketball. Skating enthusiasts can enjoy large areas for skateboarding, scootering, rollerblading, or BMX. It's a vibrant space for all ages set in the heart of Lyon.
