- A kitchen with a marble worktop, high-quality appliances (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, toaster and blender), porcelain tableware and all the necessary cooking utensils.
- Two bathrooms each with a shower, a balneo bath, a television, a towel dryer, a hair dryer, and two washbowls with light / anti-fog mirrors and a magnifying mirror.
- Two WC with a wall-mounted toilet.
- Utility closets (with a washer dryer).

You will also find:
- all the necessary tools and products for cleaning.

The apartment is located few minutes walk from the Madeleine metro on line 8, 12 and 14. Those lines crosse Paris from West to East, and North to South, which is ideal for getting you quickly and easily where you wish!
