Diese drei Schlafzimmer, drei Badezimmer Strand Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Hotel liegt neben einem Golfplatz in Sandestin® Resort. Diese Erdgeschoss-Einheit hat keine Treppen steigen und ist über die Straße von der Tivoli by the Sea Pool. Nehmen Sie den 6-sitzigen Golfwagen oder die Straßenbahn zum weißen Sandstrand.

Die Küche ist Stand der Technik mit Granit und allen benötigten Kochgeschirr Ihre Lieblings-Gourmet-Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Direkt neben der Küche befindet sich der Ess- / Frühstücksraum, der Platz für acht Personen. Drei Barhockern bieten zusätzliche Überlauf Platz für Mahlzeiten. Das Entertainment-Center im Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen großen LCD-Flachbildschirm-Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Das Master-Schlafzimmer und erste Gästezimmer verfügen über einen LCD-Flachbild-Fernseher mit DVD-Player. Das zweite Zimmer verfügt über Kabel-TV und einen DVD-Player sowie.

Diese Villa bietet viel Platz für 10-12 Gäste mit einem Kingsize-Bett im Master, Königin im ersten Gästezimmer und zwei Doppelzimmer im zweiten Zimmer. Es gibt auch zwei Doppelstockbetten in einem Etagen Schrank im Eingangsbereich geeignet für Jugendliche. Es ist ein Queen Sofa im Wohnzimmer herausziehen. Diese Villa verfügt über drei luxuriöse Badezimmer. Das Master-Bad verfügt über einen Doppel-Waschtisch zusammen mit einem römischen Stil Badewanne und eine separate "zwei Personen" Dusche. Die zweite und dritte Badezimmer verfügen über einzelne Waschbecken; eines mit Badewanne / Dusche und das andere eine einzige Dusche.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Sandestin Resort. House was clean and in good shape, when we arrived and we were able to do early check in. Showers had great hot water. Beds were comfy. Golf cart had some electrical issue with the headlights sporadically flickering at night and the horn would randomly go off which gave us a few good laughs. It was difficult to make dinner and breakfast with the lack of pans and skillets. House that big should have skillets and pans that can accommodate cooking for that many people and cooking utensils. Another suggestion would be to have a welcome sheet in the house with perhaps a map of the resort. We were staying there for the first time and really had no idea where we could take the golf cart or what was on the resort area we could visit.

Room for everyone!

Large condo, was perfect for the seven of us. Clean, functional. To be ‘picky’ but did not affect our stay, the room doors and kitchen doors could be painted so that the unit looked pristine, and not neglected. Had a great time!

The home was spacious and beautiful! We enjoyed the pool right across the red bricked road! The beach was about 1 mile away but the golf cart was running smoothly and it was not far to walk once you got to the beach! We loved driving the golf cart to the Baytown area! We would rate our experience an 8 out of 10 over all!

The overall stay was very nice, there was no issues whatsoever. The only thing I would comment on is for the price they could spend a little more on some better toilet paper. But if that’s the only thing you can find to complain about, I’d say it’s pretty darn good.

Nice home in a friendly resort. The only issue was with the golf cart. There was a burning scent while driving with some smoking noted from the right passenger side. Overall we had a great time in the home and community.

The location and Sandestin grounds are beautiful, the golf cart was a great mode of transportation to the beach and shopping. The condo was great with plenty of space for the family and little kids to run around. Great weekend getaway!

A memory of a lifetime

Took my grand children and my 85 year old mother in law to the beach for the first time. The house was better then I could have imagined. Clean, welcoming, quite relaxing. Weather turned off colder then I’d like but the heated pool made up for it. I would recommend to everyone. I will be a repeat customer.

The master bedroom was comfortable and the unit was clean. The sink was clogged but maintenance repaired it the day that the issue was reported. The bedroom with 2 full beds was hot the entire week. The frying pan needs to be thrown away but we had everything else that we needed in the kitchen. The golf cart had wires hanging from it and we had a flat tire. We were pleased for the most part but plan to stay in a beachfront rental if we return.

Family Trip

We loved the place ample space for us. Two issues that we had were: 1. The golf cart was not working. We were told the owners knew about it and had put a work order in to have it fixed for the day we were departing, but if the renters called they could go ahead and fix it. Of course we wanted it fixed for our visit. We had little ones and had counted on the golf cart since it was part of the rental. 2. Early on the first morning we were there someone tried to walk in the condo while were just getting up and moving around. It was a good thing the latch was on the door otherwise they would have walked right in on us. They were there to work on the floors. They had been scheduled to come and not notified that guests were in the house. They had to come back after our departure.

Great, beautiful place

We enjoyed our week at this rental. As others have reviewed on in the past, the bathroom sink off the first bedroom doesn't drain well and the doorlock doesn't always work. Only other con is the golf cart was in poor condition. The backseat is rotted out due to being out in the weather and the front wheel had a bad bearing and thumped when you drove. Other than that it is a beautiful villa and very convenient if you have small children. There is only one level so no worries about stairs. Also, the screened in porch allows the kids to be outside but in a contained area. Very clean and convenient location.

Family Vacation

The condo has a nice layout and is in a really nice area of the resort. There was plenty of space for 10 people. Even though they advertise that it sleeps 12, unless those other 2 people are small children, it would be very crowded. The bunkbed closet is truly a closet and is very small and confined. The condo itself was dated and needs some updating and TLC. It was also very dirty and needs a good deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards and all of the floors. There were also several things that need to be fixed (master shower drain cap is loose & shower door didn't close, bathroom sinks draining slowly, some of the lamps did not work and the living room ceiling fan and light didn't work, the dryer did not dry well at all and the lint basket was very clogged) to name a few. The kitchen was nice but NOT STOCKED AT ALL! There was not an adequate amount of any of the kitchen items that you need to cook with. We had to buy bowls, measuring spoons, measuring cups, etc. just to be able to make our meals. There were not enough utensils either and nothing matched. It would have also been nice to have some blankets for the beds and to sit on the couch with. We also had an incident with the golf cart the very first night (Saturday) we called the management company right away and left several messages over the next several days. Their customer service was horrible, the first lady that we dealt with was very rude and not helpful in responding to our situation! They didn't even come get the golf cart until that Wednesday and said that they could not give us a loaner cart for the rest of our stay. So not only did we not get to use the golf cart at all during our stay, we were charged an additional $450 for the part that we accidentally broke.
