Congratulations on finding the vacation home of your dreams! We are excited to offer our beautiful home to guests from around the world. In this spacious house you will be welcomed with new, high end, modern furnishings and appliances that will make you feel right at home. When you're on vacation we know how important it is to relax, so all bedrooms have luxury mattresses and bedding that will help you unwind after your day of adventures.
Of course, the other important part of vacation is having fun! We have made this a high priority by providing a game room that can be enjoyed inside the comfort of the air conditioned home. Don't be fooled by game rooms that are set up in garages that are hot and muggy! Instead, enjoy our incredible indoor, air conditioned game room, complete with a professional full size pool table, shuffle board, and state of the art arcade game that has over 100 of your favorite arcade classics, including Golden Tee Golf! To complete our game room experience there is a 70" smart TV to watch all of the day's games and live tv, along with a wet bar to make your favorite drinks. We promise you won't want to leave this space.
Unless... hanging out by your own private pool is more your speed. In which case we've got you covered as well! The swimming pool and hot tub makes for a refreshing way to end your day! Or, plan a pool day! With enough patio seating for all of our guests, you can't go wrong with a day in the sun with your family and friends. For a small fee of $50 you can use our gas grill for the duration of your stay. Grill up some hamburgers and hot dogs, play cornhole, swim in the pool, and relax in the hot tub. You're in paradise. Live it up! (Swimming pool usage is optional for $40/day. We will need to turn on the pool heater before you arrive)

Garage is not available for use (don't worry; the game room is not in the garage and will not inconvenience your stay or limit amenities). Plenty of parking is available in driveway and on the street next to home.

Fitted with doorbell camera for guest safety
Locked entry gate for community.
Guests will receive a temporary code for gate and secure lock to enter home.
Home is also fitted with automated thermostats that can be controlled from 67-78 degrees. Upon request can be given permission to adjust temperature outside that range if needed.
