There is an included first come/first serve parking, but you won't need as everything you will need during your stay is on Isla Verde strip-Restaurants, Bars, Pharmacy, Supermarkets and more. The best part is that one of the best beaches in the area is just a few minutes walking distance-Hobie Beach (look it up).

Perfect location

Our family enjoyed staying at this location . The check in process was simple and direct. Follow the instructions and we were in. We had access to a parking spot which was great. We were hardly there. We went to shower and sleep. The complex was quiet and everyone we encountered greeted us, making us feel welcomed We had access to 4 bedrooms which had an ac and a fan. The rooms are spacious with closets and dressers. You will be awaken by sunlight which we enjoyed, it kept us from oversleeping and missing out the beautiful weather and beach The kitchen area is small but it is completely equipped with stove, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, cups and utensils. The living room has a comfortable sitting area with a TV. We had access to the pool but didn't use it. We did use the washer and dryer located in the same area. You will need quarters.

Location is great but...

When we arrived, the check in process was fine. It involved a lock box with the keys and the communication from the host gave very specific instructions which worked great. The location is great because it is close to the beach as well as restaurants and a Walgreens. However, that is about it for the positives. The property was run down and there were clumps of hair all over the bathrooms and bedrooms. Under the beds were old candy wrappers and dust, like no one had swept for a while. Initially, the clumps of hair looked like roaches (will revisit this later) but since they weren't moving, I used a paper towel to pick them up. Thankfully, it wasn't. We were there for the weekend for a friend's wedding so we decided to deal with the lack of cleanliness. The most upsetting part is that when we arrived late from the wedding and turn the lights on, there were roaches all over the bathrooms. At least 20 small ones and a big one! We were so freaked out, we started putting water on them. Eventually, they went down the drain. We were leaving the apartment the next day so we went to bed closing all of our luggage tightly. I do not recommend staying in this place unless you like roaches and dirty floors. Paying a cleaning fee and a property damage fee is an obligation if you stay here so watch out. We were disappointed, especially because we were expecting at least cleanliness for the amount of money we paid.

Family vacation

Short walk to the beach and to restaurants was a plus! Enough comfortable beds to accommodate our group of 8 people. All necessary items to make our vacation enjoyable were provided.

Great place for family vacation

Our family plus a couple of friends rented Jose's condo for spring break and were very pleased. The four upstairs bedrooms gave everyone their own space, the downstairs living room area was small but provided everything we needed for eating and relaxing at night, and the kitchen was well-equipped for simple cooking/eating. It's across the street from the beach access walkway, and we really appreciated the cooler and beach chairs that came with the condo (one with wheels and a bag for transporting our stuff was really helpful). We did not need to rent a car because CVS, Walgreens, Pueblo and Supermax grocery stores were nearby, as were several good restaurants, and we could easily uber to Old San Juan and other activities. The condo was quiet at night and the other guests and residents we encountered were nice. Jose communicated well and Gerry, the maintenance supervisor, was good to work with. We would definitely recommend this condo to others.

Great location, beach across the street and easy access to shopping.

The apartment was clean and spacious. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable to walk in the evenings. Easy access to food stores and restaurants.

Great Spot in Carolina

My friends and I rented Jose's place to stay during our trip to celebrate the New Year. It is definitely in a great location being close to the beach and a number of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, etc. Jose was very easy to get ahold of throughout our stay and responded to our questions fairly quickly. We experienced no issues accessing the unit or getting around the island from this location. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, safe, and cute place that is still in the middle of everything!
