Tax-Free Tanger Outlets are less than 2 miles from the condo, and plenty of 5-star dining is within walking distance or bi e ride. Bring your bikes and enjoy all the lovely bike trails and stat parks. You do not have to cross Rt. 1 (Coastal Highway) to get to Rehoboth Ave- walk down Roosevelt St onto State Rd. Super easy walk or bike ride.
PARKING: Assigned parking for two vehicles.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, a stackable washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable TV, and off-street parking. An electronic keypad system facilitates check-in. A community fire pit, gas grill, charcoal grill, and outdoor shower.
THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. Some amenities are shared; please be courteous to your neighbors. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Two dogs are permitted, and each dog is charged a pet fee. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
