Modern conveniences meet historic charm in this recently renovated house designed with short term rental in mind. It was converted into 3 adjoining condos each completely separated with their own front door.

Situated in the historic neighborhood of Walnut Hills, conveniently located:
- 5 Minutes to Downtown (Paul Brown stadium, Great American Ballpark, OTR, etc.)
- 8 Minutes to Cincinnati Children's hospital
- 40 Minutes to Ark Encounter

Guests have access to the exterior via smartlock keypads

We designed this house for large groups that want to travel together but still may want their own space too.

This place would be perfect for:

- Wedding/bachelorette parties
- Large extended family vacations

Girls trip

We loved our stay at the house!It was less than 15 minutes from any activity or restaurant that we chose. Clean and beautifully decorated. We loved that everyone had their own area. The stairs could be tricky for very little ones or older adults but our group (including 5 year olds) did fine with them. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Experience!

We had 12 family members travel to Cincinnati for a wedding. This home was the prefect lodging for the group. The home was beautiful and clean. We loved the artwork throughout the property and realized the host had painted the majority of them! We needed blankets for a couple of our older family members and host reacted immediately, ordered blankets on Amazon and had them delivered to the property. We would highly recommend this home and would stay there again for sure.

Daughter’s Wedding

We stayed here during our daughter’s wedding. The property is ideally set up to accommodate a wedding party. There are 3 units. The bridal party stayed in the two upstairs units and my wife and I had the downstairs unit. We couldn’t have had a better experience. The units are clean and accurately depicted in the listing. The check in process was seamless and communication with the owners was good. Our family rented out the owners other properties (Cincy Historic Gem next door and Renovated Victorian all owned by Preston Oglesbee). Much less expensive than hotel rooms and everyone was able to spend more time together. I highly recommend for large families.

One of the best!

I have stayed at a lot of VRBO and this was one the top 3-4 by far. The photos were on point. Preston was great to work with! We actually rented two of his houses during our stay. It was perfect for our team and staff because we each had a house. There were a few minor things, like no AC or running out of TP, but we would 10000% stay there again. And it wasn’t until the day we left that I realized he had painted all the artwork. Great location - close to downtown. Book it!!

Perfect for groups!!

This property is exactly how it is listed! The separation of 3 apartments makes it a super unique stay for those who want to be together, yet separate. Preston also replied within the hour to an issue we had with an appliance and had someone out the next morning to fix it! Definitely a beautiful home and we will be using it again when we are back in town

Very clean

Our stay was wonderful and the owner was very helpful with suggestions of where to get groceries. I highly recommend this house. The only drawback would be the stairs for older people. 7 minutes from downtown. We enjoyed Noah’s Ark and the Creation Museum along with William Howard Taft’s boyhood home while we were there.

Great Property & Neighborhood

We were in for a family wedding. We needed a multi-bedroom and bath property and this one was perfect. There are 3 individual units with plenty of beds and bathrooms. It gave us a great area to all converge in and eat and socialize but also gave us our individual space. Host was so responsive and welcoming. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is in the Walnut Hills are in Cincinnati and close to so many parks, downtown, the river, etc. Love our time there!!!

Great house and location

12 adults in 5 bedroom, 5 bath house, can you believe it? The owners did a great job updating this Walnut Hills located home. We could gather in one space or split up as needed. Unique property perfect for big groups

This property was perfect for my friends and I. The 3 separate but connecting condos are great because it allows for gathering and also space if needed! Family Reunion at the Opera

We had a multi-generational group of 12 gathering from around the country to attend our daughter's opera performance at CCM. The house was perfectly suited to our purposes -- enough room for everyone to have a comfy bed & privacy when they needed it, plus gathering spaces that accommodated different configurations of an extended family's comings and goings over the long weekend. The historic house has been beautifully updated and thoughtfully appointed -- and we particularly appreciated the original art on the walls! The neighborhood is pleasant and convenient, with great rambling opportunities nearby in Eden Park. Preston is a very gracious host; his communication is prompt, clear and helpful. We were delighted with our stay and would recommend it to anyone!

Perfection!

I cannot say enough about our stay over the Holiday weekend. Our family of 17 (Ages 77 to 9) came to Cincinnati to watch our nephew play football. We decided to make it a special trip and celebrate Thanksgiving as well. The house fit all of us comfortably with the added benefit of separate apartments when needed. It was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, well stocked with pots, pans, seasonings, coffee pods, toiletries bedding and towels. We brought a few items, but we were able to cook an entire holiday meal with no issues. The finishes in the apartments were so well done, the house is beautiful. The original art from Preston's mom is gorgeous and adds the homiest touch. The pictures are exactly as the house shows. The location is fantastic. It was literally 2 miles from everywhere we wanted to go, Turkey Trot 10K at Paycor, University of Cincinnati, Downtown for dinner, grocery stores Everything was so close. The neighborhood is really nice and safe, with a prefect little park nearby and coffee shops within walking distance. Street parking was never an issue and we had 4-5 cars. Preston was so nice to talk with as we neared our stay, he was quick with responses and willing to help if we needed it. The books in the apartments with suggestions did not steer us wrong! We hit a few places and they were great! I highly recommend this amazing home if you have a large group. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. This review does not do our stay justice. I only wish I could find the words to express how much Preston and his home gave our family the perfect trip together. Thank you Preston!

Hi! My name is Preston, and I'm originally from Columbus, OH. I moved to Cincinnati in 2016 to be with my now wife, Kate, who works for P&G. In 2018 I quit my "9 to 5" to pursue my passion of real estate. I love to bring new life to old houses, and spend a lot of my time renovating homes.

When we're not working, we love to explore (and eat) our way around the city. Whether it's walking our dog around Eden Park or to Fireside Pizza, or taking a quick Uber downtown, there is always something fun to do in this city.
