IMPORTANT:
The studio is located on the top floor of the building. Access involves taking the elevator up to the sixth floor (US: seventh floor), then climbing a few additional steps to reach the seventh (US: eighth floor) and final floor. Please note that this may be challenging for guests with mobility issues or difficulty climbing stairs.

Check-In and Check-Out:
Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 10:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 10:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.
A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.

Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.

Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
Cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Additional key: This service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left in the door or inside the apartment, fees ranging from €100 to €500 apply, depending on the type of key or lock.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys in the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.
Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.

Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
