Had a great stay here for spring break with our 2 teen boys. One slept in the bunk room, one on the couch- because you know they can't share a room. :P
Note that there is a small discrepancy that I think was maybe my misunderstanding about the bed situation- the icons for the beds list 2 bunk beds, a couch and big bed. But there is only 1 bunk bed.I had been thinking my kids could both have a bottom bunk, and that was wrong. The bunk room is very small, but it worked.
The only thing I was disappointed about is that the windows in the master bedroom do not open. When looking for condos, we really wanted to be able to hear the ocean from bed, we love it. We settled on this place that didn't have a slider from the master to the deck because "at least it had windows we could open", but then they weren't the type that opened. :( So just be aware if that is also important to you. It's still a very nice place! Maybe this is common here and I should've known, but I'm from MI, all our windows open. :D
I was worried about the elevator situation but it really wasn't that bad. The condo is located about midway between 2 elevators and i think the most we ever waited was about 5 min. Once one of the elevators was broken and was fixed pretty quickly. Compared to a previous gulf shores trip where the elevator wait was commonly 15+ minutes, this was fine.
Our supercrew short box F150 did fit in the parking garage, middle spots worked best, once we did all have to crawl out one side. ;)
