Bring your entire family to enjoy this spacious and elegant Beach view Home, offering super easy beach access and amazing views of the Gulf. 4300sq ft of living space, with 6 bedrooms - each with en-suite Private Bath (3 are Master Bedrooms), Pool Table and an Elevator for Seniors and those with disabilities. Our home will easily accommodate groups of up to 18 in luxurious & spacious comfort for every person in your family.

Oceanview is purpose built to serve large families, and those with special mobility needs (Wide Halls and an Elevator). Also a great option for multiple couples vacationing together. At about 2x the size of a typical island beach house – each person in your group is guaranteed to have ample space to move around, relax and enjoy all the fine facets that Oceanview Castle has to offer.

You’ll note the fine touches throughout the home - including custom cabinetry, marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, private elevator, travertine flooring, and a water softener that serves the entire property.

Immediate Beach Access - 60 seconds from the front steps to the beach! Oceanview Castle is just a quick hop across the street from the beach. Bring the entire family - set up your gear for a whole day on the beach. Need to make a pit stop back home for a bit of shaded rest, or a bathroom break? No problem, you’ll be there and back in a flash and wont even have to break down your beach setup!

A Private Bath for every Bedroom: Worthy of note - each and every bedroom has it's own full bath - a highly unique feature among large home rentals here on the Island. Oceanview may well be the only large family rental with a dedicated bath for each bedroom.

Private Kids Apartment Retreat – Families and Friends love to come together and share time together on vacation – and they also appreciate their personal quiet space. Oceanview Castle serves up oodles of space and privacy. The Castle’s first floor quarters make for an amazing kids zone. The teens of your group will have their own private space for some personal evening unwind time – in a totally independent 850sq foot 2 br/2 bath Apartment located on the first floor of the house. Complete with its own fully stocked kitchen and living room with Smart TV. It even has its own private outside access door with keyless entry. Adults Rejoice – you’ll have the Upper two floors all to yourselves for quality evening rest, relaxation and recalibration.

Game Room with Billiard Table: A game of Pool…..or perhaps there is a Big Game on this evening. The Castle provides a room to enjoy both! Mini fridge and dry bar on site.

Bathrooms abound! – every single bedroom has its very own Full Bath. 5 of the 6 bedroom baths are appointed with Granite or Marble showers, floors and countertops! Luxurious private space! Plus, another Half Bath can be found next to the RecRoom, as well as one Outside.

Parking- and plenty of it: A 2car garage, Plus Private Drive parking for up to 3-4 vehicles (tandem) in driveway

LAYOUT:

Main Floor (2nd level): Huge open and bright living area with 9ft ceilings, Large family area with TV and comfortable leather sectional seats up to 8. Travel down the expansive hallway to the Recreation Room with Entertainment Center, Cable TV & Pool Table with DryBar. This floor also has a large bedroom with private bath right off the GameRoom – perfect for the young adults of your group.

Upper Floor- Climb the wide open, sweeping travertine staircase to the third floor for access to the 3 Master Bedrooms - each with its own private bathroom. The MasterSuite on this floor boasts its own private balcony with a splendid view of the Gulf – wake up, open the door and hear the Ocean sing to you.

Kitchen: Fully stocked gourmet kitchen on Main floor. Granite countertops. Microwave, two ovens, all stainless appliances, awesome dishwasher. Keurig and standard coffee maker, plus teapot.

Dining: Epic wooden dinner Table capable of seating 12 = plus lengthy bar with 4 premium bar stools. The 10ft long ‘Kings Court Table’ serves Castle guests in style. 16 will dine in elegance and spaciousness.

Front Covered Patios – Two floors with covered patio offer Beach and Ocean viewing, sounds of crashing gulf waves, and some fine Gulf Blvd people watching. Also, enjoy the weekend fireworks right on the front porch!

• Fireworks: every Friday and Friday and Saturday night at 9:15pm – viewable right off of the covered front patio and master balcony!
* Outside BBQ Grill - located in garage on lower level, just roll it outside the garage.

NOTICES:
****INSTANT BOOKING RULE: Very Important ! Primary Guest must upload a 'fully signed and completed' copy of Rental Agreement and Driver's license within 48hrs of booking or the booking may be canceled.

WET FLOORING: Our marble and travertine floors can be extremely slippery when wet. It is highly recommended that, in order to keep all occupants safe, guests dry off completely outside prior to entering, especially with regard to the main floor and main staircase. Caution signs will be posted. Children should be closely supervised in this regard.

***REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY: No other guests shall be at this house outside of the registered number on the rental agreement, with exception of permission permission from owner.

**ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE: The inside is monitored via remote electronic sensors. Violation of this rule results in IMMEDIATE EVICTION by South Padre Island POLICE. Smoking is only allowed outside, on the porch.

**MAX # CHILDREN RULE - 13** Note the Maximum number of children (17 or under) is 13. Check the House Rule language for more specifics before booking. If you have any questions please send us a message.

**PETS: Up to 2 dogs (no other type of pets allowed), up to 50lb each (possible exceptions upon owner approval)
*Guest is fully responsible for clean up after pet & vacuuming/sweeping all pet hair prior to departure.
*No Pets are allowed on furniture or on Beds.
*Pet must be crated if left alone in the home.
*No puppies under 9months old allowed.
*All dogs must have been spayed or nuetered.
*Within 48 hours of INSTANT BOOKING, Guest must talk LIVE (via phone) with owner & sign a Rental Agreement 'Pet Addendum' acknowledging acceptance and adherence to all house Pet rules and policies.
*Owner 'may' opt to request a security deposit for pets.

• King 1 Master Suite - Top Floor Huge bedroom with Ocean view balcony. King sized bed. Beautiful private ensuite bath with Marble floors, Granite counters and Jacuzzi Tub. Vast marble walk-in shower. Extra Large walk-in closet.
• King 2 Master - Top Floor Large bedroom with King size bed and private ensuite bathroom.
• Queen 1 Master - Good for Family with small children. Top Floor Large bedroom with Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom and a Large Walk-in closet with Mini-Bunk (2 twin mattresses) for younger children.
• Rec Room Suite - Main Floor Standard bedroom with 1 Double bed, 1 small Queen bed, and ensuite private bath.

First Floor / Apartment Bedrooms (2):
• Queen 2 Master - Bedroom with 1 queen size bed, Heavy Duty Bunk Bed set with 3 twin size beds (including a pull-out Bunk/Trundle) and ensuite Private Bath.
• Bedroom 6- Bedroom with Bunk Bed (2 twin beds - Children up to 150lb only) and private bath.

**2 Additional Twin mattresses and 1 Air Mattress are readily available if needed. These tuck nicely out of the way into two of the large Master Suite closets on top floor, or set them up wherever else you may prefer.
