I WANT A REFUND
First of all as I approached the host I kindly forgot my mask and she stated ( she doesnt mind, she does not believe in covid) so first off While making this booking I stated that I wanted to throw my daughters first birthday party here using the word “party” the host should’ve already went from there and stated that she does not host parties within your guys site, she did not, She continue to accept my reservation-she assumed i was only going to have 5 people at my daughters 1st birthday party, ( which makes no sence) and I did book the reservation for two adults but I was the only one who stayed there with my one year-old.. l The next day as my guest started to arrive she instantly contacted me and stated that I have to many guests (only 4 have been there at that point) and she stated that she did not approve of a party, and if I wanted to have a party at her establishment that I would have to go through to other booking apps, At that point she also stated it’ll be cheaper just to go through her instead of going to look up on the site. After I told her I cannot afford it she told me I should go to a restaurant where it is cheaper. She canceled the reservation and told me I could stay the extra day once I stated I am going to get her reported she asked me to leave. And then she tried to pay me half of my reservation back as a payout I want a full refund and I do want to listen to be removed off your website
