Wake up to incredible view of the Gulf. The island of Sand Key offers a resort style living. A short walk to the Shoppes of Sand key for dining and shopping or take the trolley to pier 60. The unit was nice. Awesome view. The price displayed on VRBO site had a slash through it and was lowered. When you went to book, it charged the higher price, so beware. The second bedroom A/C did not work as well as it should’ve. All in all, we loved the location(stayed at Crescent previously) and would return.

Outstanding!

Enjoyed our family vacation at this outstanding location that’s out of the crowds. Perfect views from the 20th floor and easy access to the beach and pool. Can’t say enough about our stay and interactions with the property owner. We look forward to future visits and highly recommend!

Hot, miserable stay

Upon arrival, the temperature in the condo was 80°F. We contacted the owner the next morning who sent out a close family friend to work on the unit. The temperature only came down to 76°F for one day. The temperatures outside were extremely hot, above 95°F We contacted the owner again and the close family friend came back and said the unit could not be fixed. The owner told us to use a portable room unit that was in the closet. That did not work enough to cool the condo below 82°F. The owner did not bring in an extra portable unit until 36 hours before we left. He had an emergency service come in 24 hours before we left to replace the system. We were miserable the entire time with temperatures ranging from 82 to 86°F inside the condo. We could not use the second bedroom as that bedroom was hotter than the remainder of the condo. The owner did not seem to be concerned about our uncomfortable conditions enough to ensure that we were comfortable. He only initially offered reservations to a restaurant across the street for dinner. He did not offer to try to find us a hotel, or make other arrangements We asked for a partial refund but have not seen anything to date. As far as the condo itself. It was clean, but dated, especially the bathrooms and mirrors on the ceiling and wall. We were told there would be linens, but there were no washcloths. We were very disappointed with this rental. The Sand Key beach itself is very quiet and nice.

Can't beat the view. Very safe area, even at night. The owner was on top of things. Great communication. Had recommendations for dining and where to hang out. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Nice and clean with an amazing ocean view

The condo was very nice and clean with an amazing ocean view. It was very spacious and well equipped. Also, not to forget the most comfortable couch to hang out in the evening for a family movie in the living room. The pool and beach were never crowded during our stay and it made it a perfect spot for our family to enjoy. John was very nice to work with. I hope we can rent this condo again for our next trip to SandKey.

Clearwater Newbie

This was my first time visiting Clearwater. I booked this particular condo after doing a little research online. The property did not disappoint! The condo was beautiful, with spectacular views of the Gulf Coast, as well as the bay. The condo was very clean and was supplied with all the amenities we could need for a beach vacation. The bedrooms were spacious and offered walk-in closets and their own bathrooms. The living room had the most comfortable couch I’ve ever sat on! A major plus was the washer/dryer within the condo. The fitness center on the property offered a decent amount of workout equipment that also had beautiful views of the Gulf. The pool, hot tub, and even the beach were never overcrowded with people. The property is child friendly, however, they don’t allow children to run or jump in the pool. I was traveling with a 4 year old and we simply took him to play in the ocean, most of the time, to avoid having any problems with management. The owner of the condo (John) was extremely efficient with communication from the beginning, middle, and end. He continuously checked in and supplied us with needed info for our stay. I would definitely recommend this condo! We had a great experience and will be back!

Amazing room and resort!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay minus the tropical storm which was out of everyone’s hands. The room was clean, stocked with all the things you would need for the kitchen, bath and beach. It was so nice to just go in the closet and get what we needed to go out. The view from the 20th floor is beyond breathtaking. I could sit on the balcony for hours. Elevators were amazingly quick to be coming to the top, we never waited for them long. It was an amazing place and quiet and friendly. The pool is clean and not over crowded. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Nice place private beach.

Was a nice stay with a nice private beach. A lot of restrictions on any drinks or food in pool area(FYI). Nothing but Pool noodles aloud in pool, no toys (not good for kids) have to go to beach to use toys. The pool and both hot tubs on the south condo had no heated pool or spa but found out half way through that you can use North condos pool and spa. Was disappointed with that lost 4 days of relaxing muscles. But overall was a very nice trip.
