Maine vacation

This was a great property. Very secluded you had a lot of privacy but only 10 minutes to Kennebunkport and the beach. Plenty of room for the family. Enjoyed the firepit, deck and the game room. Great amenities, would definitely come back.

Beautiful and Cozy

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time in the basement playing ping pong, having s’mores by the fire and watching movies in the comfy living room. The kitchen also had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

This house is on a private lane in the woods between Kennebunkport and Kennebunk. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and all the furniture and bathrooms, etc. seem new. We used it as a home base to attend a family wedding at Hidden Pond.

Happy vacation in Arundel!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed at this property! We had a great week both times. The ping pong table was once again a big hit! There was a shortage of paper towels/toilet paper but we picked some up in our travels so not a big deal. Hope to be back again soon!! Thank you Val and Paul!

Family Vacation

This the second time we have stayed at this property. We had such a great time and were so impressed with the accomodations that we had to return. The house is perfect for a family vacation. Kitchen is well equipped, backyard has a fire pit great for s'mores. House has updated bathrooms , bedrooms are great sized with beds that are actually comfortable. I highly recommend this house in a quiet neighborhood that is close to beach, town, restaurants and highways.

Annual Family Vacation

This was our first time at this property and it was great! The location was perfect for all of our “to-do’s” in the surrounding areas. All within a short 10-15 minute drive. The sleeping arrangements worked well for 5 adults and 2 children. The house was stocked with all that we needed. The fire pit down back is great! And the deck with the grill was great bonus as well! Communication with the hosts was very responsive when needed. We are all ready to return for our vacation next year

Excellent place!

Went on mini getaway with extended family. House was great, lots of space, clean, great location and owner’s communication was great. It’s close to lots of places to go to but also has privacy in yard area and a great fire pit. Lots of space to do family activities and nice rooms.

This rental was exactly as advertised. We were beyond pleased with the cleanliness of the house along with how spacious all the rooms were. We felt completely accommodated, and it was just a short ride into town and to the beaches. It was a very cozy and comfy home!

Perfect spot!

Nice, quiet location in the woods, yet close to the beach and all coastal attractions. The home itself is very well appointed and the owner clearly gave thought to every amenity needed for the guest. Plenty of space to spread out, but also great community space to hang out as a family. The homeowner is very pleasant and responsive.

Very nice and comfortable house

Our family of 8 had spent a lovely week at this property in August. We particularly enjoyed the open kitchen area, deck and the large fire pit outside. The bedrooms were also very comfortable. The property is located in a short driving distance from many attractions (Kenenbunkport, Oguinquit, Portland, etc.). Highly recommend!

What a fabulous home and host!

We loved our week in Maine at this home! We were two families with 6 childrens, 3-7 and it was such a fabulous and accommodating place! Our host, Val and Paul could not have been more accommodating! The house fit all our needs with plenty of space for the kids to spread out and explore! The outdoor shower was so great to hose off when we came back from the beach and the location could not have been better for all our excursions! We loved everything about our week in Maine and can’t recommend this home enough!

This is a lovely home and was perfect for us!

Thank you for making us feel so comfortable in your Arundel home. When we arrived, the house was immaculate (Kudos to your cleaning crew!). We had a great week weather wise and we looked forward to coming back to the house to enjoy games and the fire pit. The ping pong table was a huge hit, as the kids organized tournaments two nights in a row. Thank you so much Paul and Val! Hope to be back again next year!

I never realized how nice Kennebunkport was until I was introduced to it. We have done a lot to the house since buying it in 2019. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We love the swing and rocking chairs on the front porch. Minutes to downtown Kennebunkport, beaches, stores, restaurants. Great year round, Located on the end of a private .50 mile dirt dead end road w 3 houses on it. If privacy is what you are looking for, this is it!
