Unser Ferienhaus finden Sie in einer besten und begehrtesten Lagen auf dem Venice Island: Golden Beach

Verbringen sie eine ruhige und erholsame Nacht in einem unserer zwei Schlafzimmer. Alle zwei Schlafzimmer sind neuwertig möbliert und haben bequeme Betten und Matrazen. Ein Masterzimmer mit King-Size Bett hat direkten Zugang zum Courtyard. Vom direkt angeschlossen Bad mit Kleiderraum, öffnet sich eine Tür direkt zum Poolbereich. privates angeschlosses Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Dieses zwei Einzelbetten. Queen- und Twin-Schlafzimmer teilen sich das dritte Badezimmer mit Badewanne und WC.
Im zentralen Teil des Hauses finden sie unser gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Glasschiebetüren zum Courtyard. Lümmeln sie sich auf der Couch und geniessen das vielfältige Entertainmentangebot des neuen 60Zoll UHD TV . Genau wie der Fernseher im Schlafzimmer hat auch der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer eine Soundbar, mit der erst modernes Fernsehen auch zum audialen Vergnügen wird. Wenn sie statt Fernsehen z.B. lieber ihre eigene Musik vom Smartphone hören wollen? Verbinden sie doch einfach ihr Smartphone über Bluetooth mit einer der Soundbars für vollen Musikgenuss.
Die Couch im Kaminzimmer ist ein schöner Platz, um in unseren Gästeinformationen zu stöbern, den nächsten Ausflug zu planen oder in Ruhe ein Buch zu lesen. Je nach ihren Wünschen öffnen oder schliessen sie die Verbindungstür zum Wohnzimmer.
Unsere Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Geräten (neuer großer Kühl-/Gefrierkombination, neuer Geschirrspüler), Küchenutensilien, sowie Geschirr und Gläsern.
Von der Küche aus haben sie Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer und auch einen guten Teil des Poolbereichs im Überblick.

Speisen sie entweder an unserem grossen Esszimmertisch mit ausreichend Platz und Stühlen für bis zu 8 Personen, oder draußen im Courtyard. Der Courtyard ist von drei Seiten durch das Haus windgeschützt und nur landseitig nach Osten offen. Geniessen sie die dort die Sonnenaufgänge und den Ausblick auf die Pflanzen und den kleinen Teich.

Unser Pool ist circa 8m lang und 5m breit. Er ist südöstlich ausgerichtet, er liegt dadurch von morgens bis nachmittags in der Sonne. Der Pool hat Aqua Cool Peebles Belag, LED-Beleuchtung und eine moderne elektrische Beheizung.

Als Bewohner eines Hauses im Golden Beach district dürfen sie den nahegelegenen Golden Beach Privatstrand und seine Einrichtungen benutzen. Er ist in etwa 8Minuten zu Fuss oder in 2Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Sie können mit unserem Parkausweis am Privatparkplatz parken, ihre Fahrräder abstellen oder sich nach dem Baden im Meer abduschen. Dieser Privatstrand ist selbst in der Hauptsaison augrund des exklusiven Zugangs nicht überlaufen, im Gegensatz zu einigen öffentlichen Stränden. Von dort aus kann man einen Strandspaziergang zum Venice Pier oder auch zum Venice Public Beach unternehmen.

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We had a great experience at this lovely property in Venice, FL. The house was clean and well equipped with lots of indoor and outdoor spaces to relax in.Location was perfect for walking to beach, restaurants, Farmers Market, and more.Owner was extremely responsive and helpful. During our stay he checked in to make sure everything was going well.

Wanted to Love it

Great location, nice private beach, liked use of bicycle's, beach chairs/umbrellas, close to downtown. We stayed the month of February 2024. The house is warn our, many things need attention. It could be way cleaner, lots of cobwebs, dead bugs hanging in them, most outdoor furniture is very worn/torn, pool was serviced each week but had lots of green algae on bottom so we did not use, the worst was the amount of ants in the house in most of the rooms, the kitchen was inundated with them everywhere, in all the cabinets, drawers, climbing in sink & countertop. We could not prep or enjoy any meals here because of this and ate all our meals out (did not anticipate having that extra cost). The first day we arrived we bought ant sprays etc, We had a cleaner come in after a couple of weeks to see if it would help but it did not. Security of a few doors was lacking not closing properly to lock. For paying a prime rate we just wish we didn't have to deal with all that while on holiday, it made the months stay a little uncomfortable.

Location and excellent facility

This is a beautiful home in a great location. 10 minute walk to a nice, private neighborhood beach. Comfortable beds. All the appliances you could need. Pool is heated and clean. Owners are very responsive. We hope to come back!

Another lovely vacation

This was our second one month stay at this home. We love the location on Venice Island. Close to the beach, yoga, shopping, dining and the library. The home is nicely laid out for 2 couples with lots of privacy. Actually could accommodate many more. The home is well furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of fresh linens and towels. Lots of beach accessories as well as bikes. It is perfectly clean and fresh. The street is quiet. Very pretty and safe neighborhood. We were there in January so a bit cool to swim in the pool but I like just looking at it. We hope to return next January once again with our adult children.

My family had a wonderful stay here and will definitely return again - we liked the house and neighborhood that much! We traveled with our 3 month old baby and the house was great & very family friendly - included a crib, stroller, beach supplies (beach cart, chairs, toys, etc). We ate most meals at the house and it had everything we needed for cooking. The Nespresso machine was a great bonus, and like another reviewer, we enjoyed our morning coffee in the lovely courtyard. The house layout was great, as it had two sides of the house with two master suites off of the living room, and also had an office space. We stayed with our baby on one side of the house while grandparents had the other side with the second master suite. The house’s location is excellent, and we enjoyed daily stroller walks to the beautiful private beach. We couldn’t of been happier with our stay here, this place is a gem!

Beautiful home

We felt at home immediately. This home was great for two couples as the bedrooms were opposite sides of the living area. The beds are super comfy and the the bedrooms dark. The screened patio and pool are lovely . The doors open widely onto each giving an airy feel. The kitchen is nicely appointed. We ate all meals but one at home. Internet was very fast. Barely watched TV. The beach is a short walk. Beach towels and chairs are available. We loved our vacation-Just hanging out in warmer weather.

Golden Beach Home

This is a lovely home on Venice Island. Check in through Check out was simple. The owners of this home have made the home comfortable and have gone above and beyond with cleanliness. Even provided additional sanitation products. While one knows this is at a vacation home, the overall feeling was one of being "at home". It is obvious the owners put care and thought into this home. Having been at the house during Hurricane Elsa I can attest we felt safe the entire storm. Looking forward to another visit.

We didn’t want to leave!

We had a wonderful time at the Goldenbeach house with our two children (4 & 6). It is a great location, clean, comfortable beds, and really nice big pool. The owners are very responsive and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. The location was convenient to the beach and downtown Venice. We really enjoyed going for a bike ride to the beach and then coming back and cooling off in the pool. They have thought of everything that you need while you are there. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Roger & Sheribon!

Pleasant 3 weeks in Venice—

Location was perfect for us—Golden Beach neighborhood was very nice—easy walk to beach and went for sunset walks every night-sometimes ended up at Sharkie’s Pier for dinner- House very close to central Venice, library, grocery store and restaurants -easy walking if you wanted—rarely needed to drive heavy traffic roads— Enjoyed biking everyday around Venice city, and Waterway and Legacy Trails- House worked out great for us—pool, patio, porch outdoor spaces—inside nice layout-kitchen/dining/living room pool —we had some work projects and office space with printer was very convenient— Owner checked in by email- to make sure all was well—couldn’t have been nicer— Venice was an easy place to be—and this house felt like home—we wished we stayed longer and would return—overall very positive experience!

Great place to stay

Just completed a two week holiday at this villa with my wife. The house is super clean and comes with everything you need should you decide to dine in. The pool area is gorgeous and very relaxing, the childproof fence is very secure although easily removable should you require more sunbed space. All in all a great holiday in a beautiful house.

Great home in a great location!

This is a wonderful, spacious home with so many great amenities. We loved riding bikes and walking to the beach every today and then coming home for a dip in the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We loved feeding the fish and having coffee in the courtyard every morning. I sure hope to come back and enjoy this house again!

Great Golden Beach House

This is our second stay at this lovely home. The house is very clean, well equipped and perfectly located. There are large screen TVs, cable, WIFI and DVD players. We were able to walk (about 1 mile) or bike to town for dinner and shopping. The home is also a short distance away from a beautiful private beach, the Venice Pier, the South Jetty and the Publix Supermarket. We loved having a heated screened in pool and private fenced backyard. The owners are extremely easy to work with and very accessible.

Great home!

Great house! There was plenty of room for all of my family. The two masters are a huge plus. Nice pool and outside patio are. Quick drive to the beach, the passes made it easy. Kitchen was well equipped. Very comfortable home which made our vacation fantastic!

Everything was great!

We loved our stay in Venice. The house was well maintained, convenient to everything and has a wonderful floor plan/flow. The owners were great to work with and checked with us to make sure we had no problems---even when a big thunderstorm knocked out the power in the area for a few hours! We loved Venice for is laid back atmosphere and light traffic as compared to more well known beach vacation spots in the area. Thank you to the owners for letting us enjoy your little piece of paradise!

Wonderful vacation

We live in Florida but not on the coast so we like to rent a house in Venice so that our northern family and friends can visit us and spend time at the beach. This home was perfect for us and all of our visitors. The large pool got a good workout, the kitchen was good size and well equipped, the rooms were large,the office was a very welcome room for the ones who had to bring their work with them. We enjoyed the courtyard with the fish pond, it was a nice place to relax and watch the fish. We love the Golden Beach area because there is so much to do and is a short drive to many sightseeing areas. There is something for everyone to do and see with great beaches, dining, shopping and beautiful sunsets. During the day, some, of the family, went deep sea fishing and brought back a lot of fish while others went to the beach and relaxed and others went shopping This home just " Worked for us"

This property was outstanding for all our vacation needs

My husband and I were delighted to call this property home for a month. The layout was perfect for us and our visiting kids and grandchildren, providing us all enough private space along with ample gathering areas. The kitchen and grill made it easy to prepare most of our own meals. The separate screened patio and screened pool area allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without safety concerns for the toddler and the alarms on the doors leading to the pool were very effective. The pool was perfect for the kids (and adults as well) and was in constant use. We walked, biked and drove to the beach and enjoyed having a private beach access only minutes away so we could enjoy morning walks and spectacular sunsets. The location of this home is ideal for access to the town center, public tennis courts, the beach and biking trails. We could safely bike 10 to 40 miles from the front door. It was easy to enjoy foreign relations lectures at the community center and access the many wonderful restaurants, shops and consignment stores by bike or car. Venice is close enough to Sarasota and Saint Petersburg for day trips to museums and aquariums, but quiet and low traffic. Wonderful house by Golden Beach

We stayed one month and enjoyed everything . Every morning we fed the fish in your pond before we went for a swim in pool. The house was clean and comfortable . Walked to Golden Beach to see sunset over ocean every evening and made many friends. Neighbor brought us over a treat and was very nice. It was a treat staying in your vacation home . Thanks Bev and Roger.

Wir sind eine deutsche Familie, die selbst seit vielen Jahren Ferienhäuser und Villen über fewo-direkt.de/vrbo für unsere Urlaube gemietet hat. Wir haben in den letzten 20Jahren viele Urlaube in Florida verbracht. Die Golfküste und dort besonders Venice gefallen uns am allerbesten. Darum haben wir im Sommer 2014 dieses schöne Haus auf dem Venice Island als unseren Zweitwohnsitz erworben und freuen uns darauf es Ihnen als Urlausdomizil anbieten zu können.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

Venice ist eine wundervolle Stadt an der Golfküste, mit einem besonderen Flair und breitem Sport- und Kulturangebot. Die Strände von Venice sind direkt an Land gelegen, sie müssen nicht erst auf einen 'barrier Island' fahren, wie an vielen anderen Orten der Golfküste. Sie sind in Minuten am Strand und haben keine Probleme dort einen Parkplatz zu finden. Wer z.B. schon mal seinen Urlaub in Cape Coral verbracht hat und regelmäßig erst zeitaufwendig nach Fort Myers Beach oder Sanibel rausfahren muss, um an einen Strand zu gelangen, wird diesen großen Vorteil von Venice sofort zu schätzen wissen!
In Venice wohnen sehr viele Einheimische und die Gegend ist auch in der Hauptsaison zum Glück nicht touristisch überlaufen.
Venice ist der ideale Ort für einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub an Floridas Golfküste.

Hier können sie ihren Urlaub in einem schönem und mit Liebe eingerichtetem Haus in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet nah am Strand in Venice verbringen.
Sie werden bestimmt merken, daß sie hier ihren Urlaub in einem 'home away from home' verbringen, und nicht in einem lieblos eingerichteten oder einem auf Renditeoptimierung ausgelegten Objekt. Wir wollen, dass sie ihren Urlaub in unserem Haus entspannt geniessen können und sie gerne wieder kommen wollen.
