The Hauts de Préclaux residence, located at an altitude of 1,800 meters, forms the heart of Bois-Méan. It surrounds the central square where shops, bars and restaurants punctuate the daily life of the resort.

It offers a wide variety of accommodation, ranging from 4 to 10 people, sometimes with mountain or resolutely modern layouts, all with a balcony or terrace.

You will certainly appreciate its superb heated outdoor swimming pool, open in summer and winter, as well as its sauna cabins (pool area open in season only from 06/29/2024 to 08/31/2024 and from 12/07/2024 to 12 /04/2025).

Ideally located in the heart of Orres 1800 in the "Les Valérianes" building, this superb apartment with a surface area of 35 m², which has been completely renovated in a modern and warm style, will offer you the relaxing vacation you dream of.

The south-east facing balcony offers a lovely view of the ski slopes and the larch forest. It's the promise of good breakfasts under the Southern Alps sun.

The living room consists of a living room with a sofa convertible into a double bed, a wall-mounted television, a stone and wood electric fireplace which will create a relaxing atmosphere; and a dining room that can accommodate up to 6 guests for your friendly evenings with family or friends.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped: large refrigerator, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, dishwasher, raclette machine, fondue machine...

As for sleeping, you will have a bedroom with a 140*190 cm double bed and a sleeping area with two 80*190 cm single beds, all equipped with quality bedding. To complete the ensemble, the bathroom and its large walk-in shower will be perfect for you to relax after your sporting days in the mountains.

A parking space for two vehicles in an indoor car park is provided with this accommodation. With direct access by elevator, you can easily unload luggage.

For your ski-in/ski-out stay, you will benefit from a private ski box to store your ski equipment and you will love the direct access to the slopes as soon as you leave the building.

Also enjoy access to the residence's heated outdoor swimming pool as well as the sauna cabins.

You will be ideally located in the heart of the central square of Orres 1800 where all the shops are located: restaurant, bar, supermarket, souvenir shop, etc.; as well as numerous entertainment and activities offered by the resort. In 15 minutes on foot, via the pedestrian path, you can reach the Orres 1650 resort center.
