Growing up going to White Lake provided lots of inspiration for updating this 1960’s home that has lake views from most of the interior and from the spectacular 19x22 screened porch that includes a queen size Restoration Hardware daybed for reading, naps, and ultimate relaxation as well as inside the home. Watch TV on the screened porch with fire table and grill out on the deck or cook in the spacious kitchen. The home is located on a very quiet, family-friendly street with lots of yard to play in, a covered shelter for dining close to the water, and a private street pier shared by only 7 homes total. My home comes with a dockie water mat for kids to run and play on in the water, a sand beach area, and a boat buoy provided if you would like to bring your boat or jet ski! There is 1 kayak on site for use, TVs in each room, comfortable linens and beds, and a Mrs. Pacman arcade cocktail table with 12+ games and some board games in case of a rain shower. Deck also has a fire pit for s’mores or hanging out in the evenings. Peloton bike in bedroom. You won't ever want to leave! Sorry, no pets and no exceptions. Parking for 3 cars maximum and 10 person maximum including children at one time per HOA rules. Family friendly street with quiet hours 10pm-8am. Please keep alcohol to a minimum and only at the home and not the public areas. No smoking inside or outside the home or on the street. Responsible renting only with no parties or loud groups allowed. Hot tub is not in service for 2024.
