- A 5.2 m² bathroom with bathtub and WC.
- A 6.6 m² terrace facing south.
- A ski locker.

Non-private co-ownership parking.

Exact address: 60 Allée des Mélèzes, 74450 LE GRAND BORNAND.

-Supermarket 1.4 km away.
-Ski lifts 1 km away.
-Free shuttle bus stop 130 m away (stop name: “Route des Envers”).
-Ski lessons: Departures vary depending on the time of year and the type of lesson. We invite you to contact the ski school and tell them the address of your accommodation.

HOW IS THE KEYS DELIVERED?
Reception and handover of keys takes place on site from 4 p.m. or before if your accommodation is already ready.

Cleaning and linen are not included in this reservation: You must come with your own linen and You must clean thoroughly upon departure so as to leave the accommodation clean and welcoming for the next traveler. (Thanks in advance for them!)

- Price for rental of household linen:

NB: The width of the beds is indicated in the accommodation description. The beds are equipped with duvets and square pillows (standard single duvet 140 x 190, standard double duvet 220 x 240)


ARE PETS ALLOWED?
YES, a maximum of one dog can be accepted on request and under three conditions:
-Guests must remove hair upon departure (you will need to vacuum, even if you have chosen the cleaning option).
-Pets are not allowed on the sofa, bed, armchairs, etc.
-Animals cannot be left alone in the apartment.
Cats are not accepted. Thank you for your understanding.

GOOD TO KNOW, ACCOMMODATION RULES et CONDITIONS
-The accommodation is non-smoking, and it is important to respect calm between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
-Maximum departure time is 10am.
-The end-of-stay cleaning option does not include cleaning the kitchen (dishes, refrigerator, furniture, etc.), nor managing the trash cans, nor cleaning the fireplace (windows and ashes).
-A deposit is provided for certain reservations, managed by the Swikly online service. The deposit is secured within two weeks before arrival (not debited and does not affect the limit of your bank card). It cancels itself 20 days after your departure.
- As a reminder, the maximum height of the mezzanine is 1.25 m.

/!\ We are not able to provide: shampoo, dishwashing liquid, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and cleaning products (there will be what the previous guest left and so on).
