Within the luxurious Ironwood Country Club gated community, this beautifully remodeled two-story "Courtyard Villa" offers two upstairs bedrooms with plush carpeting, queen-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom opens to a patio with mountain views. The first floor patio features a barbecue and spa. Nearby is a free community pool. Provided for guests' use and comfort are flat-screen TVs, a keyboard, air conditioning, outfitted kitchen, work desk and printer, washer/dryer. and garage.

Beautiful villa, friendly helpful host.

Really nice villa, everything we needed. Beautiful neighborhood with perfectly manicured areas to ride our bikes, walk, hike and cool off. Everything we needed was provided.

Great place!

The property is located in beautiful Ironwood and is walking distance to the club and gym. It is clean and well-appointed. The owner stocked it with all the essentials to get us going. She is very helpful and easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful place!!!

Arline was absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better host. She was very communicative and really made our stay enjoyable. The place was just perfect for our wedding stay. Great location in Ironwood right by the pool and tennis courts. Very clean and loved the cute little hot tub. We would absolutely rent the place again and probably will in the future. Again, can’t say enough about how fantastic Arline was.

Lovely and convenient

We have friends who live a mile away and just needed a place to sleep and shower as we spent most of our time at their home. Ironwood is beautiful and this condo with two bedrooms and three baths was perfect for our family of four. The home was comfortable and stocked with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Coffee, laundry supplies and the ice machine were a plus. We would stay there again. Thank you!

Comfy, Cozy & Clean

We had a great stay at this property. First of all, everything was spotless, we really appreciated how clean it was. It was super comfortable, and the spa / hot tub was a great way to wind up the day. We were welcomed with some snacks, and the host had stocked the coffee, tea, sugar, condiments, soaps, shampoos, hand sanitizer - all the little things that you need but don't want to buy a whole bunch of on a short vacation. It was almost like being in our own home!

Fabulous location

The pool is very close, shopping and restaurants very close, condo clean, very friendly people in the complex. Be sure to note that there are stairs in the condo. There is a photo of them, evidently I ignored it. Not the owners problem.

Great place, great location, great time!

We stayed here for a month. Property was very clean and was as shown in the pictures. Owner was very responsive to our questions and small issues. Location is great, close to restaurants and golf. Wonderful spot!

Loved the area

Loved the Palm Desert area. The home was well located for access to the El Paseo district and the entire valley. The only disappointment was limited outside patio to enjoy the weather. Very accommodating host!

Very quiet and peaceful

We enjoyed this home and location. It’s very quiet and enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood. Arline provided sun screen and toothpaste/toothbrush’s which we forgot to bring.

A happy wanderer, Arline has visited more than 50 countries, often staying at vacation rentals. Learning from her own experiences as a traveler, she has outfitted the "Courtyard Villa" for your comfort. She is a retired medical writer and journalist.

Darum fiel die Entscheidung auf diese Unterkunft

This "Courtyard Villa" has been a labor of love. It was purchased in 2013 as a fixer-upper. More than $70,000 has been spent on renovations and furnishings since then. Arline's son Rob, a professional cinematographer and photographer, selected the modern design, took the photographs displayed in the rooms, and spent months both performing and supervising the extensive renovation work.
