Currently being updated for 2021 Season! Southwinds A6 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit is oceanfront with views of the ocean. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven and blender. A washer and dryer are located inside this condo. There is wireless internet, 1 TVs (one in the living room). The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Southwinds does not allow renters to have pets. This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Please contact for rates on partial weeks. Rates include departure maid service and admin fee. Linens and trip insurance are optional and available for additional costs. Tax is 12.75%.

It was okay.

We enjoyed our visit. It was close to the beach, which was nice. The water view was just a very tiny sliver. The primary bath needs attention. The furniture was comfortable. It was satisfactory.

Wonderful place except for the bed

This place was a wonderful stay it was very clean the property manager was great at keeping us informed on what we needed to be. My only complaint was the bed. I don’t expect it to be like home but the bed was not comfortable at all! Other than the bed the stay was great, a wonderful location for a family trip the condo was quiet to didn’t hear noise from other guest.

Colorful Beachside Condo

The property's location could not have been any better. Steps to the pool and beach. Condo was clean, and we loved the colorful beach deco. Would stay there again.

Great stay! Walk to beach with 2 minutes

Condo was beautifully decorated and very clean! It was well stocked with all you could need and beds were comfortable. Anne Marie was easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again soon.

Nice place at the beach

Place was neat and clean. Very close and easy walk to beach. New mattresses would help as they were uncomfortable and you could feel every move we each made. But overall, we enjoyed our time there.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend at this unit. The first floor oceanfront made it a breeze to haul our stuff in and out and walk to the beach. The kitchen supplies like pots/pans were a bit disorganized, and the kitchen could have used a couple more items like a cookie sheet/pizza pan. The sliding door was difficult to unlock and lock. The pool is right outside the door, which is awesome. We love Southwinds And Surfside makes it so easy to rent!

End of Summer getaway

We really enjoyed the condo. It was easy access to the beach and pool. The furniture and decorations were appropriate for the beach. There was plenty of room for just 3 of us, but 1 or 2 more would have been fine. The balcony was a nice place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. We would stay here again.

Great very clean place!!

Not far from the pool or the beach! This location was very spacious for a family of 4 and could have accommodated 2 more if needed! The room was well equipped with everything needed to make you feel at home! Will stay again!

Awesome Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Southwinds for many years. We moved over to the A-6 condo just in the last few, but we love it. It is cozy and convenient. I love being on the 1st floor. We still have a very generous view of the ocean and the pool. We had a wonderful week and have enjoyed the beautiful beach and the local dock for fishing. We ate some wonderful meals, you need to check out "Yellowfin Bar" upstairs for the view. Fort Macon for the Wednesday night cannon firing. It has been all around wonderful. Will be back. 100%.
