Featuring high ceilings, a spacious open living area, and two bedrooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, offering an authentic and faithful experience of the French art de vivre in a private and privileged setting.
Please note, the apartment is located on the first floor and there is no elevator.
## Neighborhood
The Marais, a trendy district with a village feel, has become a Paris must-see. Located in the heart of Paris, the Marais owes much of its charm to its magnificent architecture and rich history. The district has many 17th-century private mansions. A Paris landmark that one cannot possibly fail to notice is the Hôtel de Ville. A short distance from here is the romantic Place des Vosges, dating to the Renaissance: Paris's oldest square. The area's unmissable museum is, of course, the Pompidou Centre, easily spotted because of its sheer size and the brightly colored tubes making up its exterior. With its beautiful cupola and bird's-eye view of the Hôtel de Ville, BHV MARAIS is a Paris retail icon. The Marais is a district for foodies, a great district to go out, a historically LGBT-friendly district, and a district of traditional markets and shopping streets.

Guests can reach the property from both CDG and Orly airports via public transportation (up to a 2-hour ride) or opt for our shuttle service (additional cost).
## Notes
The check-in assistant will meet the guests at the property on the day of their arrival. In exchange for the keys, guests are required to pay the check-in fee in cash.

## Apartment for Long-Term Stay (Minimum 30 Days)
Required Documents for Lease Application:
1. Identification: One valid piece of identification (required by the Paris town hall).
2. Proof of Stay Purpose: A document justifying the reason for your stay (e.g., professional, educational, or leisure).
3. Financial Documentation (for stays exceeding 30 nights): Proof of sufficient funds to cover rent, such as:
* Tax declarations, or
* Recent pay slips, or
* Bank account statements.
Deposit:
A damage deposit is required but will not be cashed. This will be handled through our banking partner.
Lease and Inventory Process:
* A Mobility Lease (or civil lease) will be sent to you via email once the required documents are submitted.
* A property inventory will be conducted upon both arrival and departure.
Check-Out Options:
* Self check-out: Instructions will be provided for completing self check-out.
* Assisted check-out: Opt for an assisted check-out with a full inventory inspection for a fee starting from €35, payable upon departure.
