A beautiful and cosy flat in a superb location close to the heart of Athens and Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center with underground private parking space within the premises. Very close to all amenities, Kallithea is a vibrant, safe and nice area only 5 km from Athens centre, it is bound to make your stay in the city easy. The flat is on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people making it a perfect selection for young and old couples or families.
