This condo is very nice with 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath. Each bedroom has a bathroom attached which is comfortable when traveling with multiple families. Condo had good seating for 8 guests,2 were small children. Kitchen was stocked well for if you are wanting to cook while on vacation. Condo says it sleeps 10 but I would not consider that correct or comfortable. 2 Kin beds with room of bunks which my teenage girls slept in. They did have a slide out on bunk bed but if you do slide it out the bedroom would be cramped. Kitchen table only sat 6 with 2 barstools at counter. If you are traveling with large vehicles the parking will lot work for that. Very narrow parking in driveway area with some open parking for first available. The main complaint I had with stay is they decided to do painting in the condos during busy season and the painters had no idea of personal space. They were in our balcony while we were there and set up camp on our front porch. Painting should have been done in March or April during slower season. And not intruded on our space that we had rented out for the week. Pool is on small side and the emergency phone went off every 30 seconds saying battery had been removed. Also had to call housekeeping when we first got there because outdoor balcony area had not been cleaned and sand was not vacuumed up properly under front door mat. Outdoor area might have been from painters but no way of knowing. All in all we enjoyed condo.
