Located on private Libby Cove around the corner from The Cove,& Larrys. Close to Captain Ron’s, Margaritaville, and Fish and Company. Drive right up to house on a paved road w/plenty of parking! Adorable home w/wall of windows overlooking lake in a private cove perfect for relaxing! NO NEIGHBORS ACROSS LAKE! Enjoy private dock for swimming, fishing, or sunbathing. Utilize SWIM pad, floats, rafts and fishing poles for a fun filled stay at the lake. House includes enormous Master & master bath that lead out to deck overlooking water, a 2nd King bedroom, another guest room that leads out to huge deck w/a bunk bed & day bed that pulls out w/extra trundle, and a Bonus bedroom that’s private & has a futon for 2. All Mattresses are brand new! Big updated kitchen that opens up to family room with a L-shaped sofa(seats 10) & loveseat. WiFi is free! TV is connected by internet-FREE NETFLIX! Blue Ray player and a array of movies for kids & adults. House does have stairs.

House includes huge 2nd story deck off of Master & guest room. Ample space for eating or reading a book! Patio is covered w/seating for 6, a porch swing, and a Bar w/seating for 4. Fire pit to roast marshmallows. Martini deck, includes gas grill and extra seating for the perfect end to the perfect day! Total seating for 12 outside. SEVERAL MARINAS CLOSE BY FOR BOAT/JET SKI RENTALS. 10 min. from HAHA TONKA NATIONAL STATE PARK(Hiking is amazing), 10 min form Osage Beach for outlet shopping, go carts, put put golf, 5 min from Sunrise Beach. Personal boat slip not provided, we have cleats for you to tie up and anchor on side of dock.

Relaxing and comfortable

We enjoyed the home and the lack of stairs to get to the dock. On a busy holiday weekend the cove was calm waters allowing us to swim and float. The drop off and pick up of the boat was very convenient. We would definitely rent this property again.

Awesome property!

This was the best location we have ever stayed at. We go to the lake every summer with the kids and this was the best trip yet!! The house was amazing, the location on the lake is the best, and the overall experience was the best. Very easy check in process and very clean property. Highly recommend!!!

The house decoration was nice. Nice suze bathrooms. Not enough toilet paper was left for 7 women. The furniture was nice. The outside patio needs a good cleaning. We had to clean the outside patio furniture off to sit on it.

Great place to stay!

Very clean, updated home! My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our little getaway. The water was warm and the kids had a blast jumping in the lake off the dock and the lily pad. It was a bit of a rainy weekend, but we had a nice variety of movies to pick from to keep us entertained. Along with those and the indoor go carts and arcade that was nearby, we stayed busy despite the weather! Great place to stay for a nice, relaxing gateway with the family!

Weekend getaway

Our family enjoyed the stay. It was a short weekend getaway. Great location, close to many attractions. Property manager was great and answered my messages within minutes! The only thing I didn’t like were some carpet stains but overall nice house and lots of room for everyone. We couldn’t use lake due to cold obviously, but we enjoyed sitting outside by the firepit.

Beautiful private lake home

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The outdoor area accommodated all of us. Very friendly neighbors who completely welcomed us. Restaurants, golf, grocery stores and hiking close by. I would suggest to read the check out policy at the start of your stay. The trash situation was an inconvenience.

Family Lake Vacation

We had a great week at the lake with our kids and their grandparents! The house had everything we needed for the week. House was clean, maintained, and decorated nicely! The only minor inconvenience was slowness of WiFi, but helped encourage us to spend more time enjoying the lake. We would rebook!

We had a different property booked for our guys weekend and it canceled on us 1 week before the trip. We had little belief that we'd be able to find another home on such short notice. Thankfully we found this place, it served us well and the neighbors were very welcoming.

Nice lakefront home

The property is attractive and comfortable. Only complaints were refrigerator needs to be set to cooler temp to accommodate being filled. Took 24 hrs for ice cubes to freeze. The temp controls were locked. Also, the sliding glass door to the deck off the bedroom does not lock, creating a security risk.

Great location!

House was fantastic, had a little issue with toilet overflow one day. Owners were quick to respond and take care if the issue within one day, on a holiday no less. Great communication and no plans were interrupted. Neighbors were so friendly and even gave us some BBQ ribs one night! We rented a boat for 2 days went tubing and waterfront restaurants, went rafting on the niangua River, ate a fantastic meal at JB hooks, fished every day and swam on the Lilly pad everyday. Not great internet but that meant we were able to play family games almost every night. Yea, the 10 year Olds now know how to play Texas hold em 🤣😂 great place, would recommend to everyone. Dad's Trip!

The location was great, the house had steep stairs and no listing of that. The bedrooms and living room and bathrooms were clean. The outside furniture was older with most chairs having tears and holes in them. The outside bar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The so called outside sound system was not hooked up and I texted how we could get it hooked up, she never replied. The sad part is that the owner / manager was absolutely terrible at communication. We sent messages and was told they would answer their cell phones but never did!! The wi fi never worked properly and was a joke and the sad part was I sent her an email a month before explaining why we needed to know if it would be available and didn't hear back till we were there on our second day. The book with the information was a worthless, it stated that they had Netflix not true. I have been trying to get an answer from the owner for a week and not a word. We left something very important to my sister there and like I said not a word in response. I know why she is not a well rated owner. Sad part is all she had to do was answer the phone.
