Designed with an open living, dining, kitchen area, this home acts as a peaceful retreat after spending a long day in the city.

The attached kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cutlery you’ll need to whip up a delicious home-cooked meal including an electric stove. There is a dining area that can comfortably seat 2 guests.

The bedroom features a queen bed that comes with a newly purchased mattress from last June and complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the amenities you’ll need to freshen up, such as a shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience. A curtain nicely adorns the window to prevent any overlooking.

In August, a dryer will further enhance the comfort of this air-conditioned apartment.

The flat is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf Museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, chicer towards Oberkampf. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre, and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

My apartment is easily accessible by various public transportation, the easiest is by train!

The nearest train station is Voltaire (line 9) - just 4 mins walk from the flat.

Paris-Charles De Gaulle Airport is a 35-mins drive from the flat.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
